Real happy with my experience here. I got a 3 rib sandwich with a side of beans and they tasted amazing. Granted, I couldn’t really eat it like a sandwich because of the rib bones, but there were utensils and plenty of paper towels included. The smoky flavor of the meat paired amazingly with the Carolina gold sauce. Felt like I was eating at the family barbecue again. Come swing by here if you’re looking for an authentic barbecue taste!

My b/f and I stopped and got some chicken and brisket yesterday, it was THE BEST !!!! The chicken melts in your mouth! I definitely recommend stopping in and grabbing some food. We will definitely be going back!

I’m sorry to leave this review cuz John was super nice but man, I spent 60 dollars, drove an hour and then threw it all away… 40$/lb of brisket and the fat wasn’t even rendered… The chicken and ribs were super dry.
Coming from Texas this was a huge let down… Sadly, the worst bbq I ever had.

This man helped me get my car out of this ditch in the middle of a storm and gave me somewhere dry to stay until a tow came. He is the nicest man Ive ever met and deserves everything, please come check him out and try his food.
