First the food was good, but small portions. My breakfast burrito was good for a snack. Second we ordered 2 kids meals and ended up the manager told the waitress to remove the kids meals and charge each item individually for a higher price. They never told us of the additional charge until they rang us up at the front. They don’t have tickets and don’t show the individual charges up front. Only because we added the changes and questioned the extra charge did they admit to what they did. They did not offer to correct it and so it was about $10 over what we expected to pay. Now I know why only one other group was at the restaurant at lunchtime. If you like small portions and hidden charges this is your place.

Excellent food and service. My husband loved their chill burger. He was still talking about it on our way home. Our son had the 2 hot dog meal with fries which he loved. I had the cheesesteak combo with sweet potato tots which the whole meal was amazing. The service was excellent will be back to try more items on the menu.

Came down from Richmond to take my mother in law to lunch. Glad she directed us here because everything was very good. Restaurant was clean and well lit. Waitress was prompt and friendly. I had the two hot dog plate with fries. Fries were very good and the chili on the hotdog was very tasty
My wife had the cheese steak and it was huge. She was very impressed with the taste. Mother in law had pancakes with bacon and home fries. The pancake was HUGE. Home fries looked great and there plenty. I lost my wedding ring and discovered it was missing while we were there and the gentleman went through the trash in the restroom looking for it. Never have found that was above and beyond. Next time in Pitt County we will be back. Thanks guys.

Ive been going here for years. The food is always good and its a laid back atmosphere. If you’re in a rush, its probably not the place for you. However, as a small family run business, I appreciate the hospitality and being down to earth. Mike takes the time to talk with everyone and see how their doing, if that slows the process up a bit, who cares. I enjoy relaxing with casual conversation while I eat. Lifes short folks, dont be in such a rush and take it all in.

Always heard ” If you don’t have nice things to say, don’t say anything ” but feel like I need to be truthful about eating recently at the restaurant. Everything I had was not good AT ALL!! My wife enjoyed her food, but said the food was not as good as other locations that offer the same food. Our waitress was very nice, but I hate spending spending $35 and could not eat 2 bites of food. May go back to try something totally different than what we had, but probably will not be anytime soon.

First Time trying their breakfast. Their patty sausage was pretty good. Home fries were good biscuit wasn’t that good. scrambled eggs was exactly how I liked them. So yeah I’ll be trying some of their other dishes real soon.

We always get breakfast but have never tried lunch. We got a cheesesteak and the Cuban sandwich. Both DELICIOUS but the cheesesteak was my favorite! I’m originally from the Philly area and this was, in my opinion, the best cheesesteak in the Greenville area! I got it with mushrooms, onions, and peppers (I skipped the mayo, tomato and lettuce). They have a new cook, Will, and he is great! If you haven’t been, you need to! Service is quick and friendly (and so are the prices). Plenty of seating and plenty of parking.

First time there. I had high hopes and was extremelydisappointed. Waitress was doing the best by herself, you could tell she was extremely stressed. Ceiling tile open with fiber glass hanging down. The food was absolutely terrible. The best description of the food is this: I would say bland, but the flavor is more greasy and old tasting than bland, The grits were inedible, idk if the grits tasted like a mixture of old bacon grease or cleaner or both. The “link” sausage was patty sausage smashed into length long flat sausage, don’t try to pass patty sausage off as link sausage. the 2 eggs scrambled were greasy, and not well made at all. Biggest advice to this place: Clean your grill and wipe off the grease. When your grits, eggs, sausage, and cheese biscuits all taste like old grease, then it’s time to clean everything and add salt instead of grease.

I was very surprised by the food….and not in a good way. We spent almost $50 on food willing to try a few different sandwiches and all of them were VERY DISAPPOINTING and I could not eat them. The “Cuban sandwich” was deli meat, brown mustard, store pickles and cheese — I paid $10 for something I could have made. The cheesesteak was very bland and I had to spit out the burger after one bite. The cup that the coke came in smelled like someone’s perfume and cigarettes, had to pour the drink in another cup because the smell was so strong. For $50 I expected a whole lot more in the quality.
