This is such an awesome place. It’s got the old timey mom and pop shop feel. Everyone is so laid back and kind. The food is phenomenal and so fresh! I live like 5 minutes away, have for years, and have never been before. I was looking for a place nearby to take my daughter after a day at the park so we wouldn’t have to drive into Lexington and this place came up on the map with great reviews. I can see why! They even have a little table with activities for the kids to play with while waiting for food. A big hit for my two year old. We will now be going back often!

Came to Joey’s during the Peach Festival and it was great! The wait was a little long but due to the increased amount of traffic and crowds, it was definitely understandable as each plate is cooked to order. The pimento cheeseburger was absolutely amazing. Service was great, they made you feel right at home with southern hospitality.

Food was okay. Waited around an hour inside because of the high volume of call in orders I’m assuming. I only ordered a philly cheesesteak sub and onion rings. You would think that if you had a dine in guest you would try to push the food out as soon as possible instead of all the call in orders. They could have been short staffed in the back I don’t know
