We visited The Slice of Waukesha today, and it was absolutely amazing! The pizza was delicious! Our 5 kids loved it so much they even ate the crust… and they NEVER eat the crust!
The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and perfect for families. There were games to play, and a “Duck for a Buck” grab machine where everyone wins (the kids were thrilled). They even had a dinosaur in back for climbing and photos which was such a hit!
The owners were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza and a family-friendly spot! Excited to try to Burger place next door next time, as it’s the same owners!!!
Thanks for a great experience for our family today!
This is a new place that just opened recently by the same person as Joey’s diner. We ordered the cheese curds and a 16 inch new york style pizza for 2 adults and 2 kids. The cheese curds were really well seasoned and my kids devoured them. They also were big fans of the marinara sauce which is not normally their thing.
The pizza was great. I saw another comment that said it had too much sauce and that’s just blasphemy. Great amount of sauce. We did get the ham, and I was expecting it more like Canadian bacon. It was more like pepperoni. Not my personal favorite but my husband liked it. You also get a great amount of toppings on the pizza. My kids were also fighting over the crust, which normally they fight to not eat it. Really great pizza.
I think it was the owner working and he was super kind. He let the kids get on the green dinosaur and took some pictures of us.
All in all a great place. We came on a Wednesday around 5:30, and this pizza came out in about 15 min, super quick. Great service, fun place to eat. For the large pizza with one topping and curds the price was around $30. For a family of 4 I couldn’t be mad at that at all. We’ll be back for sure.
Definitely come and try a new pizza place for Waukesha!
Very friendly staff, patrons were all in a great mood and really enjoying themselves.
I ordered the garlic cheese bread, and it didn’t disappoint!
I also ordered the 12″ NY crust pizza with my 3 favorite toppings!
The crust was really good, great flavor on the sauce, and sausage. The sauce wasn’t sweet, which is exactly what I like in my sauce selection. The cheese was ample and had great flavor and just the right moisture content. (not heavy and oily like so many places serve up)
Overall, if I lived on Waukesha, this would be on my list of frequently visited places!
As of now, I’ll visit when I get work calls up in this part of the state!
Simple menu, but well done!
Thank You
