Our very first time at Joey’s and it was fantastic! We sat outside on a beautiful Sunday after volunteering and we were starving!!! I don’t eat meat so we got the shrimp basket with fries and the pepper and egg sandwich. Both were delicious. Service was meh but hey, it’s cheap and fast and yummy. Will go back for the food.

i’m a frequent visitor and love the food and workers. they’re always so kind! but these past two days i’ve gone, there’s been NO HEATER?!?!?! I couldn’t bring myself to stay and order there. Plus you have your workers in such conditions? Something needs to be done immediately. These are horrible conditions for costumers to be in. Definitely not coming back until that’s fixed. Plus is this not illegal? You shouldn’t have your workers in the cold like that. Having a heater is the bare minimum.

I moved to Orland Park in May 2024 and was referred to Joey Red Hots by a neighbor—and it did not disappoint. The food is outstanding, and the customer service is top-tier.
Joey Red Hots has two locations side by side. I usually eat on the lunch side for the hot dogs and Italian beef, which are always excellent. Today, I tried the dinner side, and the food was just as delicious.
Keith, the cashier, provided exceptional customer service. He walked me through the entire menu, explained the freshness and quality of the ingredients, and made the experience even better.
I’m so glad I found a restaurant that consistently delivers great food and amazing service. Highly recommend!

Best Chicken Phillys I’ve had. Even better than the top Chicken Philly places in Chicago. Why? Because it is not mass produced like most places. The Chicken is actually fresh. Imagine, perfectly seasoned Chicken with fresh veggies. The way places used to be. Good Chicken soup too. Glad I tried this place. Will be back too.

So much better than maxwells. Not nasty and full of grease. The fries are great to reheat. The hot dog was great. The pork chop nice thin cut with meat. I live kinda far but I’m going back!

Update: this has been my hit for hotdogs. I know I’ve said that the dogs are soggy but must of been a bad cook that day or something. I’ve been coming here for the past couple months and I’ve been lucky getting the hotdogs.
I definitely won’t be buying a hamburger….
I have ordered hot dogs here and they tasted gross and soggy. I came in for a burger.. but definitely not worth $4.50.. No fries or drinks are included in this price. I try to pay cash, since they charge more if I pay with a card. I am not sure why the bun has to be so big? I was pretty hungry for a hamburger, but now I have to find somewhere else to go. Customer service is lacking as well.

Wow I have been coming to Orland for years and I cannot believe we never stopped here. The food was great the atmosphere was even better! Tons of outdoor seating and you can go from one area to get pizza and then the other area to get burgers and fries! The pricing was very good both sections have indoor and outdoor seating.
