We’ve been coming to Joeys for years and always enjoyed their garlic knots along with their Pepperoni Roll which was a special item on their early bird menu but they would make it even after 6 pm and just charge more. Well tonight we came and now there special menu changed to $10 items and that is no longer on the menu and Heather our waitress asked if they still could make it but was told no. A calzone is not the same as a pepperoni roll either as I was asked if I wanted that instead. Unfortunately, we won’t be a regular customer here anymore.

Joey’s has consistently good food at very reasonable prices. The menu has a lot of varied options. The salads are great as are the burgers and pizza. Check out the happy hour items and the lunchtime specials on the weekend. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and features an enclosed patio with large windows that open during the summer days. The staff is always friendly and efficient as well which makes Joey’s a great place to go in Chardon.

Went there with my husband. I have allergies and only wanted a burger patty, no bun, no cheese. Just the patty. They do not have this on their menu. They said I had to buy a cheese burger for $15 and hold everything. Ridiculous. We will never come back.

Good solid place for pizza, pasta, or a burger. Clean restaurant, friendly waitresses, and a good place for dinner. Had a burger and it was good. Fries were crispy and hot. Husband had the chicken piccata and liked it. Will definitely go back. Lots of parking available.

The bartender just was not very attentive and this is the 2nd I’ve been in there when she worked. My wife and I split a large salad then ordered chicken tenders w/ fries. She took away our napkins, then when she brought out our tenders & fries, she didn’t bring any side plates. So IF you take away our napkins, knowing what we ordered could be finger foods, then bring our napkins back. She didn’t so I asked for side plates AND ketchup for our fries. She gave us the sideplates, NO napkins and NO ketchup. Fortunately when I asked a server for some napkins and ketchup, she brought them to us. Mind you we were sitting AT the bar. Bartender never brought ketchup OR napkins but at least brought our tab the second I asked for it. She is probably a very nice person but if you can’t handle 10 people at the bar, and get what your customers ask you for….you shouldn’t be in the service industry. But she was VERY attentive to her husband and son…..sad because the food is always good…we just will make sure we know when she is working, and come in on a different day.

I’m so disappointed. We used to love Joey’s. But the quality of the food we ordered was way below par. The wings were overly done and hard as rocks…the eggplant was cold and not cooked completely…the slaw tasteless. I didn’t really want to give a review but I felt it might help improve these things. It will be some time before we dine there again.

It’s been quite a few years since my wife and I have been to this restaurant. Let’s just say we were pleasantly surprised from what we once remember is long gone. The food was delicious. Our food came out very quickly. Everything we ordered from the salad to the fried cheese to the chicken parmesan and the Cajun pasta was tempt correctly seasoned well and what we expected from an Italian Eatery and more. Our waitress was the true meaning of good service compassion consideration and warm-hearted love that you want to feel with an Italian restaurant. Do you remember our waitresses name at joey’s? Thank you Diane you’re such a wonderful experience. You were truly a sweetheart.

I give this place an A+ for handicapped access in the ladies room. I am in a wheelchair and had no problem getting in the bathroom, getting in/out of the stall and washing my hands. Unfortunately to my dismay there is only one handicapped parking spot in the parking lot.
My pasta dish was not that good as the pasta was. Or cooked enough. But the other folks at the table had the calzones which were awesome (I tasted them).
I ordered a small pizza to go and had a slice before we left and it was awesome.
I would go there again and I would refer a friend.
