Went out for a friend’s lunch today and decided to try Joey’s 307 per the phenomenal reviews I’ve seen over the past 5+ years (I can understand why, and can’t believe it took us this long to find this hidden gem! ) AND they are now open for lunch!! We ordered a few items to share (which was not a problem at all) the food, the atmosphere and the service were ALL spot on. Calamari (Providence), The house antipasto, stuffed long hots, and an order of greens. Can’t wait to go back and try more of what chef Matt has to offer! Thank you for a wonderful lunch and wonderful conversation

No frills Italian food. Small cozy atmosphere. Food was great along with the service. Cost was surprisingly good compared to many restaurants these days. If you want great food without all the fancy frills, this is the place. Highly recommend!!

Had another fabulous dining experience at Joeys. We brought another couple to try out the restaurant. We sampled many appetizers including the oysters (MUST GET, trust me), calamari, antipasto, Italian greens, fried provolone bruschetta. The only time our table stopped chatting lol is because the appetizers were that good.
Our dinners came properly after our apps. My party ordered off the main menu and the special menu entrees. Again everything delicious. Such big portions we all had to go containers.
Just a great dining experience. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

Extremely solid Italian classics. All the sauces were spot on. Fra Diavlo, Francaise, marinara, vodka (I tried them all).
Apps were so good I filled up on them and could barely eat my meal but happy to have delicious leftovers for tomorrow.
Garlic butter bread was also perfect for dipping in the leftover muscle marinara sauce.
Service was a bit slow but the food was well worth the wait. It is a small family operation so don’t expect perfection, but expect full satisfaction.

What a great restaurant. We went for lunch. I had papardelle with Bolognese sauce and a meatball. It also came with a great antipasto. This was a lunch special that was 13 dollars! My bride had a chicken and greens sandwich and a cup of pasta fagioli. She loved her meal also.
We will certainly return.

We opted for the classics: sketti with meatballs, Veal Parm (both huge delicious portions) and cheesecake for dessert.
Oh that hit the spot for both of us.

Went to dinner with a few friends and had a glorious time. The food selection was pretty awesome and the atmosphere was quaint. It’s a pretty small place but it was quiet and we were able to enjoy our conversations. The specials were great and the wait staff was prompt and friendly. We’ll definitely be going again.

Ok I hadn’t been back to Utica in a couple of decades. Was up for my cugino’s wedding weekend. One of my Utica bucket list items was to find a great Italian restaurant….well Joey’s @307 DID NOT disappoint! I’m trying to find the words to describe just how good it was….it blew my mind.. it was that good. I hadn’t had that good of Italian food in all of Raleigh NC. The customer service was top notch. The new owner of Joey’s …Matt…. treated me with such genuine kindness and made me feel welcome back in Utica. If visiting Utica or live there put Joey’s @307 on your MUST visit agenda!!!!
