Joey Za’s is brand new to the Evansville food truck scene and is already producing fantastic Philly Cheese Steaks like he’s been doing it his whole life.

Joe Notter, who runs the food truck, has put the work into making food that people will actually enjoy and I would encourage anyone reading this to grab one of his Philly’s if you see him out.

This is the most authentic tasting Philly Cheesesteak that I have had, outside of Philly. It’s fantastic… Whiz Wit!

So my husband and I were the first ones in line at their “food tent” at an outdoor event. After 25 minutes of waiting for our food and watching the “cook” give other people their food behind the tent, we finally went and asked where are food was. The guy running the register told my husband we only ordered a smash burger. My husband quickly reminded him we also ordered a cheesesteak. I went and told the “cook” about his bad business practice. He said what did you order? I told him he said I’m working on it right now. They later brought our food and the cash register dude had the nerve to say, “ here’s the cheesesteak but I don’t remember charging you for it. I quickly reminded him that I paid $25.92 plus a YIP! He snaps his fingers and said “Yes you did!” I call BS! The cheesesteak was very fatty and lacked flavor!!!!
