Like most of JOEY management, CEO Jeff Fuller started his remarkable journey flipping burgers, washing dishes and sweeping floors. It’s called paying your dues, learning from the ground up and understanding what success takes. “If there’s a secret,” he says, “it’s hard work, unwavering commitment to the customer and assembling the very best people.” Jeff absorbed valuable lessons from his family’s successful businesses before striking out on his own with a brand new concept in upscale casual restaurants. The first JOEY opened in 1992 and, as word spread, plans for a second location were quickly in the works. Today there are 27 JOEY Restaurants across Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Seattle and California.

We had a great time. The service was top notch. There multiple servers who attended us and were great, Brooks stood out with her great hospitality skills. We had Joey fajitas which were amazing. Tap on the cake is a lovely and unique desert. Very nice atmosphere, good service and great food.

Headed to JOEY U-Village for their excellent happy hour deals – runs daily from 2-5pm and late night Sunday through Thursday from 9pm to close. Pleasant surprise being handed a complimentary glass of bubbles when checking in with ID, really sets the tone for the experience. The happy hour menu is extensive with some genuine deals. Food quality is consistently good and the year-round heated patio is unbeatable for Seattle dining. Easy parking makes it convenient to pop in without the usual Seattle parking headaches.

The food is pretty good. It’s consistent and beautifully plated. Good location if you’re looking to watch sports while having a meal that is much better than typical sport bar food.
This review doesn’t include the sushi! I don’t recommend sushi from a massive all+inclusive menu in a non Japanese restaurant! So I haven’t tried it.

In town just for one night near UW and had to check out the 4.8 stars. Did not disappoint! We got appetizers – butternut squash ravioli w/ steak, chicken lettuce wraps, and the crème brûlée cheesecake. SO GOOD. Fresh, quality ingredients, great presentation. The drinks were delicious – especially the coconut smash and the complimentary (!) champagne. The service and atmosphere – came during a Seahawks game – put it over the top. Thank you Makayla! A really fun, delicious experience.

I decided to stop by at Joeys U village after a long shift with my friend. The moment we walked in through the door I was greeted by two lovely ladies. We gave them our name and immediately were sat for our reservation.
Tiana was our spectacular server who really exceeded our expectations. She had the best recs and was super thorough while explaining the menu. Not only was she warm and attentive but Ms. Girl was in the middle of a rush and still managed to make us feel taken care of.
Will definitely be coming back for the food but most importantly for the service the beautiful staff gave us. Everyone from the Hosts, the assistant, and MANAGER were awesome.

Jacob is an amazing server! We really appreciated his attentiveness and how he interacted with us. It was great having him ask if we had any allergies which we don’t but nice to have someone ask. I work in the service industry and so I know how it is and he was fantastic! He had the kitchen make us a cheesecake that said Irish day but no one knows when that is. Our friend Brian is Irish and of course my husband and him were drinking Guiness so it was all perfect!
My daughter also wanted steak and spaghetti and they were able to make it for her which she wanted. She also loves their mocktail and she was able to have that as well. Overall exceptional service and all around wonderful atmosphere! We love Joey’s U Village!

All the staff and especially our server Luke was so friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious. I had the Truffle Iron Carbonara and I highly recommend it. There is a wide variety of fusion cuisine and cocktails, including low and no proof cocktails.

Luke was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel so welcome and taken care of. He was super attentive without ever being overbearing, and his energy made the whole experience even better. He knew the menu inside out, gave perfect recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. You can really tell he cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does. We left so happy thanks to his awesome service.
