We had dinner here on a whim tonight. It was really good! We had the Brussels and belly with sticky icky for an app and they were amazing. Then we ordered the portobello ravioli with creamy marsala and the chicken modiaga. The ravioli was delicious and that sauce was so good. I didn’t care much for the sauce on the chicken as it was too much lemon for me. If it was with the creamy marsala it would be to die for. The salad that comes with the meal is huge and fresh and house dressing is good. Their bread is so soft and amazing. We will definitely be back as there are several things I want to try including their wings. I highly recommend trying this place out as you won’t be disappointed and the potions are huge!

Huge menu. Excellent service. Delicious food. The Portobello ravioli Marsala, I think is what it’s calle. It is so good, and everyone who tried mine, has regretted not ordering it.

First time here and we loved it. Our server was awesome. Food was prompt. The food was amazing. Those mozzarella sticks…OMG WOW!
Portions are large and price point is good. The picture isn’t including the fettuccine my husband got. He asked for it to be a to go order.

Server acted like she was perturbed that she had to wait on us. After bringing our entrées first. I asked about my salad. She replied, “Ya it’s coming.” Then 5 minutes later she returned with my salad saying, “here,” and it was swimming in dressing. She never returned until we were finished & flagged her down for our check & to go boxes. We paid check & tip in cash. She finally was walking out of kitchen & we had to flag her down to get our change. I still tipped her 25%, because my entire family has worked in the restaurant business & know everyone can have a bad day. But no thanks, good byes, or come again. Entries were of mushroom ravioli was not hot & I can say barely warm.. Bread was fresh & good.. If this had been my 1st visit, it would have been my last. However, We come about once every 6-8 weeks & can say food, & service is usually great! I’ve never seen this waitresss before. Casa Loma Ballroom before dinner was really great!

Great anytime food! If you leave hungry it’s your own fault, their serving sizes are more than plenty and everything we’ve had from here is delicious. If you love pasta I highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs or the lasagna! We also greatly appreciate their speed and excellent service because we are usually in a hurry. Definitely try this place if you are in the area!

One of my favorite places on the Hill for several specialities. Tonight it was the pork tenderloin sandwich with a salad. Never disappointed the Pork Tenderloin sandwich was huge and crispy with a melt in your mouth texture. Salad enough for at least 3 people and full of mushrooms, green onions, cheese, romaine & iceberg lettuce and pimento. Can’t beat this combination for dinner.

I met a friend here last night and she ravs about the trash wings. I got there first and order a draft beer and the fresh made mozzarella sticks. When my friend arrived we started eating the mozz, they were fresh, hot and overall good. We order the spinach and chicken salad to split and the salad was really good. The chicken flavorful and tender, sweet and crunchy and swapped the vin dressing for ranch. We of course ordered the moos wings, they are twice cooked and come out black as hell. I almost didn’t want to eat them but I went a head with how they looked but they actually tasted good, crispy, not burnt tasting at all, tender meat on the inside. We also ordered all flats and was told there was a up charge,ok sure fine. Well the wings for a 20 piece is $31.99 and they charged us that price on top of an additional $10for the all flats. They said it’s a $5 charge for flats for every 10 wings, what the hell! We were never told the exact amount and to charge $10 extra on some chicken wings that’s already over priced is absolutely ridiculous! Chicken is the most inexpensive meats and we charging this much. And why is the charge $5 for every 10 wings? It doesn’t cost the restaurant anything extra and nor does it take a lot of extra time for the boh to pick out or pre package all flats or dummies. After I complained and asked to speak to the manger the server came back and said he just took the up charge off. I will never return here and if I do I will not ever order wings ever!

I Have now gone to all three Joey B’s in St. Louis. Manchester is definitely the best! This last weekend we went to the Hill. The house salad is the best thing on the menu. Unique! It is quite big( enough to share)But the attitude of the waitress ruin the whole meal. Considering I’m 59 and she was probably all of 20-23, when I questioned something, she stated, wait! ” I will get the menu and read it for you!” I am now done with Joey B’s. ( I am able to read myself, a simple answer would have worked!)

Friendly and speedy service. Server was on top of drink refills, our drinks never got below half full. Only disappointment was the seafood scampi pasta not having clams? I was picturing shrimp and clams, since the description listed it, but it was only shrimp and cherry tomatoes. The sauce in the pasta was very potent with wine . Strong alcohol smell and taste. It wasn’t “bad” though and we still ate it, just wasn’t expected. The butter banana cheesecake was delish! We ordered an extra one to go. Mini pretzel bites were good, the kids loved them. I love that the kids menu was a coloring page and they gave the kids crayons. Overall a good experience and good prices. Total for 3 adults and 2 kids was $140 ($200 with tip), that’s with appetizers, meals, drinks and desserts.

Huge portions and great food, but a few items were too salty, and the lemonades were very watered down. Try the breaded ravioli!
