Like most of JOEY management, CEO Jeff Fuller started his remarkable journey flipping burgers, washing dishes and sweeping floors. It’s called paying your dues, learning from the ground up and understanding what success takes. “If there’s a secret,” he says, “it’s hard work, unwavering commitment to the customer and assembling the very best people.” Jeff absorbed valuable lessons from his family’s successful businesses before striking out on his own with a brand new concept in upscale casual restaurants. The first JOEY opened in 1992 and, as word spread, plans for a second location were quickly in the works. Today there are 27 JOEY Restaurants across Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Seattle and California.

What a great experience from start to finish. Upon entering we were given complimentary champagne. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The servers were extremely attentive and knowledgeable on the wine selection. Trea and Rayssa were our servers and they were polite, friendly and made us feel right at home. I wasn’t sure what wine I wanted and they brought me three to try and sample that they thought I would enjoy. The sushi roll was extremely fresh and tasty. We got the lettuce wraps also that were delicious. They have a great happy hour and huge wine selection. They have an upstairs and an outside seating area as well. All of the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all guests were taken care and happy. I look forward to going back soon.

We returned to Joey with my sister and brother ion law my niece and her husband. Eventually we will have all our relatives and friends at Joey’s. I love the glass of sparkling wine when one walks in the door. Sophia was a delight. The food as always was magnificent. I had the sea bass for the first time and it was delicious. Everyone loved their meal. We missed Anastasia who was off for a few days.

At first, I was surprised by this place’s high rating, so I decided to check it out. I tried hard to find flaws, but I couldn’t. The food and drinks were great, the burger was amazing, and what made the whole experience even better was the service. I think Andrea was the person serving us, was smiling, positive, polite, and made things happen in the best possible way. Even the bathrooms were clean.

JOEY’s a casual upscale restaurant located in the newly built outdoor area of Aventura mall. They serve global food but I find their menu having heavy Asian influences. I would say the atmosphere demands a semi-casual attire but there is no strict dress code. The staff has been fantastic on every visit. Anastasia, Lucy, and Andrea have been our waitresses. They all have wonderful table manners, knowledge of the menu, and great attire. The hostess were welcoming too, always offering complimentary spirits. The standout dishes for me were the truffle udon with optional chicken katsu, the spicy crab dip, and for drinks the peach Bellini and holiday espresso nog-tini are my favorites. They do have specific happy hours before and after busy dining hours so check the menu for specifics. This one is a repeating visit for us.

Please don’t take her for granted.. amazing personality and she continued to check on us throughout the afternoon. 10/10, we will be returning. Please try the Mini Steak French Dips & Truffle Parmesan fries . I will attach a picture below! We also had the Hibachi wings and they were seasoned to perfection! Love this place ✨

This was my first time at Joeys and the service was stellar! I took my parents for lunch and they are VERY picky when it comes to eating out and they loved the food, rated it 10/10!! Ana L. took the best care of us. I’m already planning my visit back! Didn’t make a reservation and came around 3:30 and was seated immediately.

What a great experience! Beautiful space, complimentary champagne, great food, and service. I made reservations and noted in the special instructions that it was a birthday and they sent out us out a complimentary cheesecake. Highly recommend this place. We ordered a bit of everything.

1st Time & Definitely Will be a repeat!! Luis our waiter truly recommended his favs (& FYI so genuine not the most expensive ) the blackened chicken & Udon with Chicken katsu (to drink Peach Bellini , appetizer crap dip) was AMAZING!! Even the manager Marianna would regularly check to see how we were doing! So refreshing to know that personalized customer service still exists today!!
