The staff is so kind and welcoming. You can tell this is a place where the regulars are known, and you are a friend as soon as you enter. Good was served quick and hot. Coney dogs were tasty (and on special on Wednesdays!) locations is easy to get to from I94 and plenty of parking. Entrance is from the parking lot!

I always look for a place when traveling that feels like home. This is that place. We ate breakfast here 4 days in a row and were never disappointed. Great food, and even more important great people. Visit these folks and you won’t be disappointed. Next time my travels brings me back to Detroit I will be back. In the meantime we will miss visiting with you each morning.

I sincerely love to eat here. Not only is the food amazing. Everyone there is so friendly. My daughter is a year and 4 months she’s learning to eat so she definitely can be messy. They always remind me to not worry about it. I will continue to talk about this amazing place because so many people need to know how amazing they are and there food ❤️ I always look foward to there quotes of there day and there amazing conversation.

My family has been enjoying this charming Mom and Pop shop for years, and it truly feels like a second home. The daily specials are always delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and their coffee is some of the best around—fresh, rich, and consistently satisfying. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and treating us like part of the family. Service is quick and efficient, even during busy times. This is a true neighborhood diner, serving breakfast and lunch. We had the Breakfast special #1 with grits and the Western omelet with crispy hash browns. Everything was wonderful. My hot tea came with an extra small teapot of hot water, much appreciated. Coffee was great with frequent refills. The best part was watching almost every other customer walking in say, “Hey, Joe!” and getting a first name greeting in return.

Excellent food and top notch service! We were visiting the area and stumbled upon this place and we were lucky to! The food was delicious, hot and cooked perfectly.
