Yesterday around 6:20 pm I went and ordered a small wild cherry and a small salty dog. I got my cherry snow cone and it wasn’t even a cone shaped at the top . You can see the difference between my cherry and the salty dog on top.In the picture i have provided for you to see . I then proceeded to pay I gave the girl a 20 dollar bill and my total was 4.25 . She only gave me back 15 dollar and when i got in my car i noticed that the change was wrong. I went back up to say she was supposed to give me more change and she then said your change ? I said yes the 75 cents She then said hold on let me check on my phone as if she’s calculating it in her phone. And when she was calculating it on her phone and she kept typing it and doing it over and over like she was retyping it . She then says oh yeah here you go and grabs the 75 cents from outside of the change box as if she took it out the first time and was going to keep it if i didn’t come back and ask for it . This is horrible service it was her and another young girl and they were just talking away. Ive been coming here since i was a little kid and i’ve enjoyed coming throughout the years i’m 21 now and the service with these young workers are so horrible!!!!

I only got a small snow cone today to try it out since it was my first time here. The price was reasonable for the snow cone, and they accepted credit cards, which was great for me. I got the chamoyada, which wasn’t that spicy but still flavorful. The ice was extremely soft, and it had plenty of syrup in it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a snow cone, and I will be back to get another one plus to try something new.

I feel like I paid $14 for nothing but shaved ice. No flavor at all. Total rip-off. I’ll probably just start going to the snow cone place on Shaver by Walmart.

Best place everrrr ! I’ve had my good share of snow cone stands and this place is the best for any snow cone ( fine Italian ice ) to cup of corn with all the good delicious stuff in it , hot Cheetos with cheese , pickles with chamoy ( chamoy & tajin delights ) galore ! And many more delightful treats ! And customer service impeccable ! If I could give them a 10 ⭐️ I would !

It’s been a staple for me since I was a kid and my grandma took me. I go now when I’m heading home after a long hot day of work and I see them open. Usually crowd and a lot of specialty orders means turn around is slow but it’s a norm for places like this and Joe’s thankfully has two ordering windows so much faster than other places in Pasadena and Deer Park. A lot of choices and lots of extras including a selection of what I’d call “football game” foods nachos, elote, cheese Cheetos, etc.
