I ordered a ham and cheese po-boy and it was delicious, it was grilled to perfection. I love the banana peppers mixed in with the tasty sauce, lettuce tomato, and the bread was excellent. It was the best sandwich I’ve eaten in Louisiana so far I was traveling for work and I definitely would stop here again. The waitress at the counter what’s friendly

Reading the reviews and seeing the negative ones I thought it was untrue. Every negative review I read is true. The bread on the Po boys had to bee a month old. Stale cold bread. I asked for no tomato and got tomato. The tater tots were over cooked.
Asked for ketchup and it had a very nasty and unimpressive look due to the gaping hole. Probably cut the nipple off because they’re tired of cleaning it! Dirty restaurant
They’re are plenty of flies and gnats flying inside of the restaurant to keep you company as well

Completely overpriced garbage.
Don’t eat here!

What to even say about this place – not what I expected from a Po-Boy in LA. Firstly their Roast Beef Poboy did not have gravy, instead they put KETCHUP on it. Honestly ruined the whole sandwhich. TBF maybe I should have asked and not assumed what “dressed” meant to them. I also had a shrimp po-boy and it was ok to good, They do use fresh French bread. They had many awards for best burger, so maybe I should have ordered that in retrospect. Unfortunately the building is very old, and ceiling in the kitchen was falling apart and gross. I was traveling through the state, and just wanted a real Po-Boy. If I would have looked closer at the reviews already posted and not just the star rating- I would have definitely stopped somewhere else

About a year ago I had to come through for my grandmother’s funeral and as we were leaving town we were starving. We walked in right as they were closing and while they had every right to refuse they stayed open just a little longer for my wife and I get to a shrimp poboy so we could eat before we got back on the road. It was the absolute best shrimp poboy I’ve ever eaten. I’ve chasing that dragon ever since. You owe it to yourself to eat here.
