I’m a pizza enthusiast we ate here Saturday and got a little bit of everything! I’ve been wanting to try Joe’s for a long time now and they did not disappoint! Crispy very well done undercarriage and delicious flavorful cheese with a sweet yet tangy sauce! No flop jalops here! We drove 45 mins to eat here and tbh I’d drive two hrs to eat at Joe’s. The young man making the pizza knew about the restaurants history and roots and was very passionate about his work which made the experience 1,000 times better than what I expected. The location is remote and small but if you want real authentic New York style pizza here in Texas, joes is worth the drive! We order good portion of the menu and didn’t even break $100. We will be returning and soon!

Highly recommend the calzone. Absolutely delicious. Family members enjoyed the sandwiches but had some order envy. A few pizzas that came out while we waited looked very good. Will absolutely be repeat customers. I don’t believe the hours are steady so it would absolutely be best to call ahead and ensure they’re in town.

Thank you, thank you for opening a real pizza shop down here!! We’re truly in a pizza desert. No offense to gas station pizza but its no match to the awesome slices of Joe’s Pizza at St Elmo (I like to call it St Joe’s). Huge slices, thin crust, great toppings! Leo, Donny, Mikey, and Raph would approve! Cowabunga!
