Hello , I was trying to reach a manager but it seems no one wanted to answer our calls…
I called in a pick up order an hour before close … I ordered a double pepperoni 18 inch Italian style pizza , the gentlemen, over the phone, kindly repeated my order, Word for Word .. so there was no misunderstanding on what my order was.
I was charged $33.55 so the price of the double pepperoni … and was givin half cheese and half VERY light pepperoni … we have a fairly decent drive to make it to this establishment but we do make this drive because we love Joe’s Pizza and pasta.. my partner sadly didn’t check the pizza because the order was read to us word for word so we trusted that simple order was correct.. anywho . We were not givin a receipt when we always receive a receipt .. so what it seems like to me .. is someone ordered this pizza previously , didn’t pick it up , then it was just givin to us because they didn’t want to make our pizza that we ordered ??? Like , the pizza was very much COLD seemingly old .. and really if that’s how you wanted to go about it .. atleast put on the pepperoni that we ordered and put it back in the oven? I wouldn’t have even cared at that point ? I am just very dissatisfied with every single part of this experience and I’d love to hear back from management about a resolution .. thank you ..

New York style pizza place. You stop in for a slice or get a whole pizza. They also have pastas and other entrees.

Fantastic pizza! I’m from New York and this is the closest I’ve seen to NY Style pizza in this area. Aside from the incredible taste of the pizza, their customer service is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to please customers! My kind of place all around! I will be back with the rest of the gang! Thanks for taking such great care of us!

I feel like this is a great spot to come if you just want to grab a couple slices real quick, but it’s definitely not a place you come from ambiance. Quick slice or pizza to go and you don’t feel like going far is a good spot.

I ate here with a few friends after the lake and this Italian trattoria has a delicious menu.
My friends and I enjoyed Lobster Ravioli, Lemon Pepper Wings, a Tuscan Panini, Garlic bread, and Alfredo Linguini. They also had generous serving sizes for entrées as well.
The staff was friendly and timely with our orders. I will be back to try the Veal and Calamari

I’ve eaten here a few times. Something always seems a bit off. The pizza was good but incredibly greasy. Too floppy as well. Wings are very good as well. They have a giant menu inside on the wall, but apparently that is only a lunch menu? If you are dining there after lunch or on the weekend, you have to guess what’s on the menu and the prices. Ordered an Italian sub and found it odd. Veggies were diced and not sliced. And it has pickles on it. They are also incredibly proud of this red dressing they make. It wasn’t terrible, just odd. Subs come with fries which were under cooked.

Superior pizza. Made to order, fresh, hot, great staff, and very clean environment. Perfect place for a date night. The best thing of all is you can now buy the delicious Tomato Vinegaret Dressing to take home. Thank you for great food.

Joe’s pizza has been here for as long as I have lived in Plano and growing up this was one of my favorite places to go. I recently came back in town and decided to see how the restaurant was doing and it was still the quaint classic family pizza joint I remember. The staff still greets customers with a “Welcome to Joe’s!” and you can tell everyone working is having a good time. There are more high end Italian places popping up around Plano since legacy west opened and the city is expanding but in my opinion if you want the feeling and taste of a New York style pizza joint Joe’s is the place to go.
