Where is the staff? Only 1 lady works here? I had been waiting 35 minutes when the lady said it’s going to be longer. Total wait time 90 minutes. During my waiting time I saw 5 other families leave without orders. Because of the wait time and rude service from the only lady who works here. 2 other people who walked in to pick up orders had to wait because thier order had not even been started. So probably $300. worth of business walked out the door in 45 mi minutes. O and the food is not worth the wait. Whoever owns this place need to hire someone to assist and provide some customer service training. This was not my first time here but it was the last!

The woman working there is very sweet! I need to catch her name next time. This is my second time ordering pizza here. We work down the road and the first time we tried Joe’s, we ordered 3 pizzas for our crew. We had the Sicilian Supreme, Sicilian Meat Lovers, and a regular Pepperoni pizza. They were all delicious and she insisted on carrying the boxes out to my truck for me, which was so kind.
Today we just ordered for two of us and went with the Sicilian Supreme. The crunch on this pizza is *chef’s kiss* it has generous and delicious toppings.

My husband and I decided to stop in to Joe’s Pizza Pasta for a nice sit down lunch. We had never visited this establishment before. I Ordered the Bellonaise, and that comes with a roll. My husband ordered the Egg Plant Parmesan, and that comes with a roll as well.
I thought it was ok. I’ve had better. The customer service was good and although the Bellonaise was not on the menu, the cook knew exactly what I was asking for. My husband seemed to enjoy his lunch and said his was good as well.
The restaurant was completely empty, and we were able to get a seat anywhere we wanted. There was plenty of parking in front, but keep in mind that the restaurant is located in a strip mall, so parking could actually be limited.

Mediocre pizza, mediocre service. If the crust on our pizza was any thinner, I would have used it as the napkins they seemed so unwilling to provide. The topping were good, but I had to eat them off my plate with a fork when the slice fell apart. An overall mid experience, in an unnecessary dim restaurant.

We walked in and waited a while the person working was busy and we understood. We stood there and many times she passed us but NEVER said anything to us. We gave a few more moments and she pushed in between my daughters. Ended up at Palios instead.

Incredibly expensive for some pizza that tastes frozen. The lady was incredible rude. We asked for some marinara sauce since there was obviously none on the pizza, the lady yelled at me (and obviously cursed me in another language). Don’t waste your money.

We just ordered a large cheese and small pepperoni pizza with cannolis to go. Honestly, one of the best cheese pizzas I have had. So full of flavor and you can tell they put care into their product. The crust was a perfect amount crunchy, no burning or sharp pieces. The cannolis were so rich and delicious. I couldn’t finish my cannoli in one sitting. The wonderful owner (I assume) took the pizzas to my car for me, as well, as a courtesy. Truly did not expect such incredible food and service, will definitely be returning.

absolutely terrible service. they were understaffed and very busy which i understand, but they were extremely rude. i drive for uber eats and had to pick up and order at this location. i received the order and got in my car but it spilled all over my car because it wasn’t closed all the way. i brought it back in and explained what happened and she just shook her head and didn’t talked to me for a minute and then was implying that it was my fault. if they sealed it correctly it wouldn’t have spilled. i asked for napkins because i needed to clean my car up and she wouldn’t give me any, instead i had to go get some out of the bathroom. she threw the order away and didn’t remake it and made us refund it, which is basically taking money from me. if you ever get an order from this place, make sure it is sealed, because if it isn’t and it spills, they won’t remake it.
