My friend and I order at 4:50pm & finally got our food at 5:45. After calling TWICE. Only to find out the delivery guy claimed to not have any change after we specifically told them we only had 100. After some math he finally gave us the correct change. It’s pretty frustrating after all the time we had to wait. My sandwich (BLT) had ZERO mayonnaise bc it had been absorbed in the bread by however long this kid decided to take to deliver our food. Bacon was burnt. And we even had the wrong dressing for the salad with welted lettuce(dinner salad)and our bread was covered in GREASE! for almost 40 bucks I would have excepted a little bit better.

Ordered 2 of the lobster ravioli alfredo with garlic bread and salad. The alfredo tasted nothing like what alfredo should taste like, it was bland, just basically like a cream sauce. The garlic bread was basically just a hogie roll with some melted butter and red seasoning (paprika, maybe?), no garlic flavor at all, it wasnt even roasted, its like they just took some melted butter very lightly brushed some on the bread, it was so incredibly dry and lacked any real flavor. The salad, sure it was pretty large, but it was mostly just lettuce and not even a good quality lettuce, they charge extra to add cheese and croutons which are basic things that go on a salad
Paid for an extra side of ranch dressing and they gave me italian dressing. The small cup of ranch dressing that came with the salad was not even remotely enough for the ‘salad’. Almost $50 paid for dinner that was basically trash.

I have never had any problems with the service ever. My food always comes out in a decent time. Joe’s is probably the best place in Salem to get a huge delicious salad and maybe an exotic pizza. My only issue is that their red sauce in their pizza and spaghetti is just too sweet for me.

Wow! I was impressed. Found them by chance on an “Explore America road trip.” I had the Cobb salad with spicy grilled Chicken. The salad was hugh (could easily feed 4) and delishous! Hats off to Sanna, her Father and family. They have the recipe for success figured out. Thank You. ❤️

First time calling was recommended Very Disappointed made call around 6:20pm called after 30 mins at 6:50pm to check on order cause I was told 20 mins then was told 40 mins it is now 7:20pm witch is an hour later and still nothing has showed up just got call saying there on there way order showed up at 7:33pm shout out to the driver Lexi she was nice so since said the order took so long took my hole lunch hour and now i don’t have time to eat wat a waist horrible will not order wen in town again Joes is off my menu manager is welcome to contact me thank u Lexi for ur time

Our family ate at Joe’s on a Thursday night for the spaghetti spaghetti. We quickly found a table and our drink order was taken and received. We placed our order and our children quickly received their orders. My husband and I got the salad and breadsticks that came with the spaghetti special. We then preceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes and we still hadn’t received our spaghetti. I had to track down the waitress to tell her we still hadn’t received our food. She hadn’t even checked on our table for 30 minutes. Not even asking if we needed drink refills. There were people that had came in after us and already left. The food was great but the service was below subpar.

Pizza was literally soaking through the box.
Half of the pizza fell apart when getting it out of the box to salvage what was falling apart because of how wet the dough was.
The delivery driver clearly could tell because they left it on my steps instead of handing it to me.
