When I got off work yesterday I wanted a pizza and one of my coworkers told me about Joe’s Pizza spot. So it was my first time there and it’s a New York style pizza . The customer service was good and he told me about the lunch special I can get 2 large pizza slices and a soda for $8, so that what I got and everything was GREAT . I love pizza , so Joe I’ll be back for more pizza

I ordered the stuffed Calabrese, got the regular Calabrese instead. The crust was extremely burnt on the bottom. Spent almost $40.00 on a pizza and 2 Cannoli’s.

To get in and out was really quick, and my order was accurate. The flavor was really good, but the dough on the pizza was very tough; borderline leathery. The cheesecake we had was underwhelming. It was frozen in the middle, drowned in almond extract, and had a cake-like crust. Overall, not worth coming back to.

Tried Joe’s for the first time last night. Absolutely delicious. Very good thin new York style pizza. Marinara sauce was excellent. Found me a new pizza place and definitely will be going there again. This is my new pizza spot. Absolutely delicious!

I agree with all the reviews! An Italian whole-in-the wall to go! Can’t beat it!! Real authentic NY style Italian pizza at its best!! Bought a 28 in Pepperoni pizza and Greek salad for less than feeding 1-adult 2- teenagers and a child at the cheap, Steak & Shake burger joint. Highly recommended if in the Mobile area.

The best custom calzone ever! It’s a little bit far from where I stay, but I dont mind cuz the service and food is gooood. Plus I like riding my motorsickle so the trip is alway rewarded with my fave customer calzone.

The best Grilled Chicken salad and Pepperoni Calzone in Mobile. I’m really not supposed to have the calzone, but it’s my cheat meal and I love it. Not to mention the staff is so friendly and courteous to their customers. Holding the door open or even helping them to their cars. I believe it’s for take out only. There are no tables, only chairs. ❤️

Being from New York and having read the reviews, I really wanted to like this place. I drove 8 mi up airport boulevard, one of the absolute worst streets in the entire world, in lunch time traffic to get here. It did not disappoint. Pizza was the best I’ve had in a while. Crust was spot on, sauce, cheese was a solid 9/10. Yes, I would probably blow 30 minutes to drive 8 mi for this pie again!

I wanted pizza but I didn’t want just any regular degular pizza. I wanted something authentic and from what I’ve been told Joe’s is authentic. I’ve only had it once but from what I remember it was good.
I usually like pizza with Italian sausage. I made an order for an 18” inch pizza. I drove to pick it up and while I driving I received a text that said my pizza was ready. To put that in perspective, I live about 18 minutes from Joe’s. Yes, I really wanted Joe’s pizza.
When I arrived the person at the front desk asked if I wanted marinara sauce and I did. He held the door open for me when I walked out. You got to understand that pizza box is not small. I really appreciated that.
So the aroma in my car was excellent from the pizza. Also, the box was hot to the the touch. That part is especially important since the drive to my house isn’t short.
When I get to my house the pizza box was still hot. And when I got my first slice it was as well. The first was so delicious. The slices are humongous. And the marinara sauce was very tasty. My only gripe is that I wish Joe’s pizza was on my side of town.

Joe’s Pizza delivers amazing service, speedy delivery, and high-quality ingredients. The grilled chicken salad was outstanding-my girlfriend absolutely loved it, especially paired with the ranch dressing they offered. However, the breaded base on the pizza lacked the crispness that it needs to get a Barstool Pizza review from David Portnoy. A small fix here could elevate their offerings-my recommendation would be cooking the pizza on a cast iron pan or a stone pizza pan for that perfect crunch. Still, it’s a solid spot with lots of potential. I’d like to add that I did do this at home when I reheated the pizza, and it came out flawless.
