If you’re hungry and rolling through Paris, Illinois… Joe’s Pizza is doing some serious comfort-food work.
Let’s break it down
Pizza
Stuffed Crust :
That sauce is bold — rich, herby, and layered on thick Chicago-style. The crust looks fluffy inside, with a golden edge, full of cheese she toppings and the seasoning on top is doing its thing. This is the kind of pizza that eats like a full meal… not a snack.
Regular crust :
Nicely browned cheese, crispy edges, and solid sausage coverage. Reheats well too — which is honestly a big test of good pizza. If it’s still appealing after a slice is gone? That’s a win.
Garlic Bread
The garlic bread look pillowy. Toasted outside, soft inside, and clearly brushed with butter or garlic oil.
Rosa cheese Tortellini
Creamy, flavorful, thick enough to cling to everything — pillowy soft cheese filled tortellini perfectly cooked.

Stopped on a road trip and enjoyed our pizza at Joe’s. Nice family run spot. Paris is a fairly thriving central IL town. They love their local Tigers. The pizza was good, not great…should have asked for it well done. Service was excellent. Basic but friendly atmosphere with several very nice nods to the family, Paris, and their Italian roots…would honestly like to see them add more. A mural perhaps.

The sauce for breadsticks was really salty and had meat in it? On the up side, our sever was very nice and did a good job- but is yet another locally highly touted place that in my opinion isn’t very good fwiw.

After Driving for 14 hours today, rain, accidents and construction ; I decided to stop for the night and ended up in Paris IL. The hotel agent suggested Joe’s pizza and it is absolutely delicious! I ordered the Pepperjack! A great end to a stressful day!

Great hometown pizza place! Service was fast and friendly. We had no wait for seating and the menus came right away. We ordered a think crust and a thin crust pizza. The food came pretty quickly and tasted great!
They also have pasta, sandwiches and salads.

First time trying Joe’s tonight. Ordered a 14″ stuffed pizza with pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms for carryout. Drove 25 minutes back home and even though it had cooled off some it was still one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever eaten. My new favorite pizza!
