Had the pleasure of trying Joe’s Pizza in Warwick for the first time. Went with the New Haven style Dolce Diavola (sweet & spicy italian) with ricotta added. Ran the numbers and it got a solid 8.3 that I can stand by. Cracks my top 10 RI pizza list. Perfect new Haven style bake. No flop. Cupped pepperoni. Enjoyable pizza.

We would drive from East Greenwich in a snowstorm any day of the week for this pizza. Absolutely out of this world, from the quality of the ingredients to the flavor and even the atmosphere inside. We truly can’t speak highly enough of Joe’s. Thank you for bringing such incredible pizza to the Ocean State. A truly remarkable taste we’ll be back very soon!

GREAT pizza and AWESOME people. my wife and I made an online order yesterday afternoon and took the ride down to check the place out. we were warmly welcomed and instantly smacked in the face with the incredible smells of all the fantastic food they have cooking in there! TWO different ovens allow them to offer THREE different styles pizza. we went with my favorite, the new york style, but the new haven and the grandma square pies had me drooling as well! we typically ask for our pizza well done but decided to let it ride and order as is. good call. the pizza was perfect. crust had a great crunch and chew. the flavors were REAL. we also got the garlic knots and they were exactly what i hoped they would be. crispy but doughy, covered in savory garlic butter with a side of warm and delicious marinara. great little spot with cool people and amazing pizza. only reason for the one point off on atmosphere was because its a smaller spot, but still offers a cool little seating area where we were able to ear our pizza since we had traveled a bit for it. great experience, highly recommend!

I have tried almost every pizza in Rhode Island, and let me tell you this is the best when it comes to New Haven and New York style.
In particular, today I got the New Haven, and putting it up against the classic competitors such as Frank Pepe’s and Sallys Apizza, JOES WINS BY A LOT!!!
The crust has the perfect crisp with a nice char on the bottom, without being too well done and maintaining a solid consistency throughout. The flavor of the sauce may be too much for some, but for me it is perfect.
You can tell these guys really know what they are doing. If you go to Joes once, you will never want to go anywhere else.

EDIT TO ADD: while I completely understand the process behind a gluten free item, my statement was more so that the advertising of the item didn’t match the order. It should be specified somewhere that a gluten free item is 1/2 of the size of a traditional pizza. There were no photos- no description that I could see. Nothing.
I’d like to start off by saying the pizza is delicious. It’s one of the best I’ve had! As a GF Girly it’s hard to find a decent pie that doesn’t taste like cardboard. So overall the taste is a 10/10.
What really discouraged me was the fact that the online ordering picture shows a clearly large pizza – and theres no size option so I assumed that the GF pizza would be the same size, just a different crust.
Nope- not the case at all. The GF pizza (which is a $6 upcharge) is a 6-slice personal size pizza (making the pie I got close to $26 with tax)
I would have been OK if this was made clear in the online ordering, but it wasn’t listed anywhere I could find so my expectations were much different than reality. Completely understand GF is more expensive.
I ordered this for my husband and I to share and he only had a piece since he’s not GF (but I have to be). Disappointing that happened but I understand it’s a new business and there will be kinks.
Overall the pizza was really good and the place is pretty cool! Great interior designer!

This place is still in their “soft” open but I had both their NY style and New Haven style and this is hands down the best pizza in RI!

During the Blizzard of 2026, I saw that Joe’s Pizza was offering pizzas to essential workers. I knew that after the travel ban was lifted, I would grab some for myself (a nonessential worker ). Well tonight I got a half cheese half pepperoni New York style pizza and it did not disappoint! The bottom was not over cooked, the pizza was not too greasy, and overall the pizza had a satisfying flavor and texture. I opted to place an online order as they do not accept phone ins. Pizza was ready as soon as I got there. NOTE: I did have some difficulties with finding parking, but this could just be because of the recent blizzard! I will have to return to update about the availability of parking when there is no snow! Would reccomend!
