The main issue was the service. It was quite slow throughout our visit. We waited a while to be seated, no one was available to tend to us, even though there were open tables. The server took our order in good time. Once the food arrived, our server checked in with us but wasn’t attentive. At the of our meal, we asked for boxes and the server completely forgot about us, therefore we had to help ourselves. It didn’t seem like the staff was rude, just a bit disorganized or short-staffed.
Overall, we’d come back for the food, but I really hope they can improve the service speed and attentiveness — that would make the dining experience much better.
I ordered food to go and picked it up because one of my children has allergies. I specifically requested no chili pepper on the plate. The cashier clearly noted “no chili,” but the kitchen still prepared the dish with chili pepper on the plate.
I called and asked to speak with the manager, but I was told the manager could not speak with me and that it is mandatory for the kitchen staff to put chili pepper on the plate, even when a customer requests otherwise. I was told I could bring the food back and they would remove the chili pepper, which is unacceptable given that this was an allergy-related request.
I also ordered the food ahead of time, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived. When it finally came out of the kitchen, I asked the staff if they could bag it for me and was told it was “not their job,” which caused additional waiting.
This is the first time I’ve ever been told that adding a seasoning on the plate is mandatory, even when a customer specifically requests it to be excluded due to allergies. That is very concerning.
Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of consideration for food allergies ruined what should have been a simple pickup order.
We hope your business keeps doing well, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
Rice dishes were very tasty. The restaurant is big & spacious. The service was quick & plenty of parking. However, it’s a little pricey for Vietnamese food.
This place is huge with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The service is good. It’s a good place to sit back and relax to enjoy a meal and not feeling rushed. Overall this place provides Vietnamese food with a twist and a good dining experience.
I did the takeout and I ordered bone marrow and short rib pho.
It was really good. It’s labeled spicy, but it’s spicy just enough not to be overbearing.
I did not need any extra sauce. Is they included on the side.
Short trip amount was generous.
Bon marrow in the soup was just OK for me. I prefer bone marrow that is baked.
But I still enjoyed it .
I I am excited to try some other dishes next time.
The restaurant is spacious with lots of seating whether you’re dining in or just want to sit and get a specialty drink. They also have a bumblebee statue which I think is pretty cool LOL.
The restaurant is bigger than any other pho restaurant I have seen. It took over the old fuddruckers building.
This would be a good place for a brunch gathering or group dinner. They have tables and the space to accommodate. They also have a huge screen tv that I think would be a good place for games. It makes me wonder if they were to serve alcohol, this could be a fun place to gather it.
The food was good. The vermicelli bowl was the best. It was huge and the pork was marinated and cooked very well. The chicken curry was also good with a side of baguette. The curry was on the sweeter side, and they gave us two baguettes to dip.
The three kind hue style appetizer was exciting to have. There’s not many hue dishes offered in this area, so I was glad that was on the menu. I would recommend getting that to explore Vietnamese dishes that is outside of the normal routine.
The self roll steamed stack was just okay. The toppings given were good but the rice paper itself was a little off. The texture and taste felt like rice paper you get at a kbbq place. I was expecting it to be a bit more fresh.
There are more dishes I would want to come back and try here. I would come here for special occasions and I am craving Vietnamese food.
