Amazing delicious dishes. The chimi’s melted in your mouth. Chicken and beef both were wrapped in a pillow of delight. Chili Colorado tender full of flavor. Two burrito combo tender and flavorful. Thank you for an amzing experience.

Food was good, a little disappointed in my steak. I guess I was thinking that it would have been thicker. The staff was good but I feel I got lost just being by myself among the bigger tables

Not only is this restaurant really cute, but the food was amazing, and the staff was amazing. I had the express burrito (without onions), my kids had a normal cheese quesadilla, and my significant other had carne asada. Also had the Amor Latino coffee alcohol drink (strong but amazing). It was a nice experience and amazing place to be when coming through town from Washington. If I ever come down that way again, I will definitely go back.

I make sure to visit this place at least once whenever I am in the city. Amazing restaurant with great flavours and decent portions. They make a very decent blended margarita. Food is generally very delicious. Overtime I have tried quite a variety ranging from mole dishes, to taco shell salads, special sauce dishes and burritos. Everything has been up to the mark or better. Polite and swift servers with a beautiful ambience.

I’m so disappointed! I’m also concerned for the locals…
We stopped in Pendleton for the night. The hotel staff recommended this place as “The Best!”
The reviews were also pretty good.
The staff were very friendly.
The food – it was pretty. Except for the “cabbage salsa” it was brown.
The taste- there literally was no seasoning. Bland.
We got chicken and steak fajitas for 2. There was enough meat (cut into tiny slivers) for one fajita each. There was a mound of peppers and onions. For $30+ it should have meat.
The rice was flavorless and yellowish. I’ve not ever seen rice like this before.
If this is “The Best” in town, the locals need to get out more. 🙁

Found this place via recommendation from the hotel.
The food was amazing, the staff were all efficient and very friendly whether talking to locals that were obviously repeat customers or newbies like me.
The owner Joe, has the kind of personality that goes with extreme success. In the time I sat there having my dinner, there were several people he greeted by name and he had the same huge smile and quick friendly banter for everyone alike.
It was a very enjoyable experience and I hope I have the opportunity to visit again.

Wonderful experience. Beautifully presented food and absolutely delicious. They brought us 2 types of salsa with chips. 1 regular and the other was a cabbage salsa. I’d love the recipe. Margaritas were large and tasty. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and was happily full! Excellent experience.

This is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been too and I’m pretty sure we’re going to end up with food poisoning.

Let’s do a play by play:

1.) ALL of the meat was dry chewy and the fajita steak had an odd bitter flavor that we think is actually the flavor of rancid meat. We should have known something was wrong when the fajitas came out barely warm/not sizzling at all…

2.) They serve plain white rice. At a Mexican restaurant…

3.) The only flavor of anything was the bitter rancid meat.

4.) The corn tortillas where so stale they fell apart and the chips were just as bad.

5.) The aroz con pollo was dried out salty chicken jerky, that’s the best description I can give it. ZERO SAUCE on top of plain white (dry) rice with mushrooms that… I spit out because they also tasted off.

I’m not kidding when I say I think we’re going to get food poisoning and plan on taking some activated charcoal when we get home.

I would go anywhere else, literally anywhere.
