From my experience, I ordered a turkey sandwich on a hero hot on the grill please. The lady then goes to put the sandwich in the microwave. Like are you kidding me? Use a grill not chef Mike. Ruined my whole day. I hate seeing food go to waste but I hate also seeing my hard earned cash go to waste. Just be aware to double emphasize what you want because clearly they kept saying if you would’ve said if you wanted us to use the grill you should have said so, like huh???? Most delis make their stuff on the grill but I guess Joe’s deli likes to use chef mike(microwave). Anyways have a great day. Don’t take my word for it. Go and observe you’ll see the microwave right over the counter on the right.

No frills deli that exceeds expectations. Always great service and tasty food. I always use them for catered food when having an event or large groups over. Fresh food and very accommodating. Joes is a NR staple and a hidden gem.

I have been working on and off in the New Rochelle area since 2021, and Joe’s Deli has always been a staple. Whether it be a chicken cutlet on a wedge or an Italian combo on a semolina roll, any sandwich here is good. Personally, Joe has been a pleasure to get to know over the years, and I’m not alone on this opinion given the fact I always see a couple of regular faces any time I come in. Joe knows how to take care of his regular customers and he is a consistent highlight any time I’m in New Rochelle.

I got hot chicken parm. Bread sauce cheese amaing.. They are generous on the chicken as well. 1 bad thing, trust I understand food cost when I say this. Look at my picture chicken below nice and white. Chicken above very dark. When chicken breast goes bad it turn that color when grilling or frying. After I took that chicken out, the best chicken parm I have ever had!!! Awesome carrot cake as well..

Love Joe’s Deli. They make great food and at all times of the day. Their coffee is always a hit and the cookies are baked fresh daily.
I love their breakfast platters and their sandwiches are never a disappointment. Can be pricey but worth the price of good food and great service with a smile.

This is the best food in the area hands down. I don’t remember the last time I had food that was this fresh and simply amazing in a long time. When I first I ordered food from here and I took the first bite the first words out of my mouth was “WOW!”. You will be hard pressed find food of this quality anywhere else in the area. Simply put if your in the area stop by and say hello, grab some amazing food and fresh cookies they bake, you’ll be in for a treat!

Absolutely the best sub sandwiches we’ve ever ordered. Joe’s did a two tray sub sandwich ring for a Networking Mixer night the NR Chamber of Commerce co hosted at the Paine Cottage Museum. Everyone raved about the sandwiches and the macaroni and potato salads were beyond tasty too!
We have a new “go to” place for our future deli needs.
