We ordered the Grinch ice cream cake for our Christmas dessert, and it was a total hit! The design was absolutely perfect! It was so festive, Grinchy, and it was almost too cute to eat. The 10-inch size was great for our group, and the chocolate/vanilla combo with the fudge crunchies was a crowd-pleaser. It looked just like the pictures and tasted even better. It stayed perfectly frozen and was such a fun, easy, and delicious way to celebrate. We will definitely be ordering again next year! Thank you

I remember as a kid waiting for hours in the long line for their soft serve vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles… I made sure to go back to Joe’s this last time I returned to my hometown of Fishkilll for a vacation in April 2025. I took my aunt there for the first time and she herself was amazed by how good the ice cream is. It has the best ice cream you have ever tasted. I wish they could ship to California, cause would be sending it my way every week.

Stopped by here for a quick bite after leaving the nearby apple orchards. Wasn’t super hungry so just ended up grabbing some french fries and ice cream, both of which were good. The menu is quite big for a place this size. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. It is located right off the main road. There is a decent amount of parking space available as well as outdoor seating. (picnic benches) There are a few kiddie rides there as well. One thing that stood out that I love seeing is business having friendly, helpful and respectful young people working there. All staff we encountered were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. With the massive menu, there really is something for everyone. Happy environment!

I grew up off of Lake Walton Road in the early 80s and have fond memories of walking down to Joe’s (Yules) as a special treat in the summer time. The sound of the gravel crushing mixed with the smells of the grill. Great times. Now-a-days Joe’s is a bit too crowded for me so it is the first place I think of for a fun lunch on a quiet monday or online pickup order. My personal favorites are the (sliced and cooked) hotdogs with the milkshake. (Perry’s ice cream) I also can recommend the French fries, the triple decker blt and the fried shrimp meal. Check them out.

I wish people would stop giving five stars to an outdoor seating overpriced ice cream shop. I appreciate the nostalgia and that’s why I have come back so often. But honestly wait times are long, ice cream is overpriced and the owner is rude. You’re better off getting your ice cream across the street at Stewart’s and if you want soft serve go to Smoke House.
Want to make this place better? Clean off the tables outside; they’re disgustingly dirty. Up the Quality of the frozen food that you’re selling. Address the Wait times for basic ice cream that you could buy in the grocery store.
