Ashley our server was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!
She was very attentive to every detail that we requested and needed, to have an amazing dining experience. Our table had the Queen Crab Bucket, fish and chips and then my wife wanted a steampot and Ashley wisely suggested the one on the limited time promotional menu (top of menu). It was AMAZING!!! Great fun, Great Food, and Spectacular service from Ashley! – George and Michelle

First time here in about 15 years. We had a large party. All the staff we interacted with were awesome! Our sever was on top of everything (again we had a large party so I could understand if he wasn’t).
Sadly the food was just ‘okay’. Everyone felt the same way about their food. Seemed very over cooked. I ordered the coconut shrimp, it was a little too crispy. I will say the drinks were yummy!
We were celebrating a sweet 16 birthday, the staff did great at embarrassing him (in a good way).
They have an indoor play place but it was closed for some reason.
Personally wouldn’t be back for the food but everything else was great.

Joe’s Crab Shack was a great place to dinner with my friend, the lady who handle us was extra nice and helpful as well as friendly. I just can’t wait to go back and had some food again because the food was delicious and clean restaurant as well as atmosphere was very good. The server was very friendly and very knowledgeable to what we needed. We had some couple drinks it was really fun to hangout with my lady in this Joe’ Crab Shack. Workers are very nice and at first my Spanish lady was asking a sweet wine- which wasn’t available at first but the manager made an extra order to make sure we got what we wanted. Thanks for the service at Joe’crab shack teams. I’m giving them a five star rating and review because they deserve it. Also this Joe’s Crab Shack is very close to mega theater movies which make it very interesting attraction to restaurant.

Love coming here every 2-3 weeks. The snow crab legs bucket is my favorite of all time. I also love the servers I get and coming often I come to enjoy speaking with them little by little. I order a lot of drinks here & honestly my favorites are the Jamaican me crazy, shark bite & blue Hawaiian. I’ve collected all their cups by now & I always have a great time when I come by. Jayda is my favorite server there, having her is a great time & such a sweet person to talk too when you get the time to get to know her, love her to bits!

Absolutely one of our favorite places to eat in the valley. We love that there is a kids play area so we can sit down and enjoy our yummy food. We were seated quickly and the waitress SAMMY & DONALD were very attentive and made sure everything was good. We love this place. Thank you for having a toddler friendly place and delicious sea food. That is a challenging combination to find here in Utah.

So, I haven’t been here in 8 years, and was in the area and wanted to see if it was any good.
First off, it really isn’t that great. The calamari that I ordered was WAY chewy, and did not taste very nice.
Customer service was mostly friendly, but it was awkward at the end. We were told to use the NEW website to pay for the ticket, but were then told that we had to stay until they checked to make sure we paid because they don’t like people stealing. (I get it, theft is bad… But to be painted as a potential thief? That just rubs me the wrong way
Honestly, nothing that I tried was worth trying again.
The price was not worth it. Save yourself some time, and go elsewhere… Even if it looks pretty cool inside.

Our waitress Rhea exceeded excellence. We were never in need of anything. She’s awesome. The food was decent. I dropped 61 bucks. Which isn’t bad, I just wanted it to be better. The Calamari for an appetizer is a must.
