I haven’t been in years. Ordered fish tacos and shrimp. The tacos were generously filled but very salty. And our fries were cold. And our cheese dip was like concrete. Our server addressed the issues. Overall the service is fantastic. Not sure I would go back except to get the seafood pot.

We’ve been a regular at the shack for a long time. Without question our server today, Andrea, was AMAZING! Food was quick and spot on. Never had an empty glass. And was just a lot of fun. Any chance you get to have a Joe’s with service like this I’m in.

The food is very good. My wife absolutely loves the crab buckets and clams. The fish and chips were good. Not too much breading like you find at some places. You can actually taste the fish. My one gripe; holy smokes it’s expensive. My wife and I spent $120 for the two of us. Granted we got the good stuff but still.

Ghost town?? Perhaps Monday is not a popular day for this establishment. The server was friendly and upbeat. However she struggled to meet the needs of the few customers that was there. We got up and took stuff from other tables that we needed that she never brought to us. The food was average.

We arrived after lunch, not greeted at the door but were seated quickly. Kara answered a few questions and took our drink order. We decided to purchase Joe’s Classic to share. It was plenty for three with one light eater. Service was excellent and appropriately attentive. We will go again.

Felt real torn about leaving this review. I’ve enjoyed Joe’s in the past but my recent experience was something else. First and foremost, staff was doing their best. There were only 4 servers and the manager was bussing tables and seating people with a smile on his face.
But the food was so disappointing. We ordered a $55 crab bucket (which is supposed to be the largest serving they have) and we got three small sad clusters with hardly any meat in them, two undercooked potato pieces and one peice of corn. The shrimp were ‘okay’ (mainly just fried, not big shrimp) but we only got three hush puppies and a handful of fries.
Our total was $100+. For everything you see in that photo. It was so frustrating paying that bill. The shrimp dish was $20. We could’ve gotten so much more for much less elsewhere.
Also….feel the need to bring up the ceilings fans. The photo speaks for every fan in that place. And the multiple broken booths. Corporate, this location needs staff and you need to reconsider your menu prices.

Love joe’s crab shack so it wasn’t busy so we got seated right away and our server was very nice and took our orders and then he kept a drink full and he gave us what we needed and he was very nice so the food was pretty great. And I think this is the only Joe’s crab shot in Denver.

Went for a birthday for my girlfriend. Our server was amazing, it wasn’t packed and there was plenty of room between us and others eating. The food was great except for one of the lobster claws looked like it was cracked when they cooked it. So that was a bit dry, other than that it was an amazing experience.

Amazing experience! I haven’t been to a Joe’s Crab Shack in years but this is one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff goes above and beyond, my food was prepared incredibly quickly and everything was absolutely perfect. Management is incredible, and my server Dillon has gone above and beyond with service. I feel like I’m getting the full Oprah experience!!

Cool vibe and good food. I’ve had other “pot” style seafood and this was way way better than my previous experience. The sausage was low quality, and garlic bread could be stepped up.
