The environment is fun, it’s a no typing establishment. The couple of times we visited has been great. Our waitress on this visit was super friendly. I rated it as expensive, on avg plan on spending about $15 on low side to $40 being on the high side depending on what you order. They have a full bar serving up any type of drink you can imagine to your favorite beer. The times we have visited we have walked in and sat down. Highly recommend for excellent crab and lobster dinners.

Our server, Josh, was really awesome! Super helpful and fun. Food tasted great, drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was ideal, except a tipsy lady at the bar that left shortly after we got there.
I am not a fan of the no-tip policy. As a former server, I am still cringing at the fact that we didn’t leave a tip. COULDN’T leave a tip. There wasn’t even a line to leave one on the credit card slip!

Ok service for captain D’s level food. Food was greasy and tasted like fast food. Expected better with the prices. Went for lunch on a weekday. There were two other tables seated and we still only saw our server twice. Almost had to go find him to get the bill. And tip is included in the bill. No thanks. I’ll tip if I think you earned it. Won’t be back.

Food was slow to arrive despite rather empty seating. Water tastes like genitals. Music was so loud we had to yell across the small table. Waitress could barely hear us. I think we were supposed to eat our salad with our hands? Had to ask the hostess for silverware. Hostess was the real hero, cool and hooked it up.

Love Joe’s! Had never been to this one before, but it was great! Our waitress, Sara, was amazing and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious and cooked well, and though it was busy, the staff made us feel special.

Our server Erina was awesome. She made sure our little girl had a great time and was very attentive even on a Saturday night when Fairview/O’Fallon restaurants tend to get very busy.

Poor service. Haven’t been in a while but the last few times we went, the waiter barely checked on us. We had to wait 15 minutes before the waiter even acknowledged we were sitting in his section and came over to ask us for our drink order.

Would not go back to this place if somebody paid me. The service was absolutely horrible! The food took 45 minutes to arrive (less than half the restuarant filled) and 5 out of our 6 dishes were wrong. Our waitress clearly didn’t care about making our dining experience enjoyable. Avoid this location!
