Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. Food was amazing! The crab was outstanding!!! This is the first time we had crab and now we are in love with it. Though the price is in the higher side but it’s worth it! Will definitely go again. The waitress are really good, super friendly and has a lot of patience. They explained was carefully about the dishes we asked for . Five stars!!!!

Worst! Evening Staff incompetent. Food returned twice! Worst worst worst! Ordered 2 Joe Classics Buckets and substituted sausage for shrimp. We did not receive our substituted shrimp the first time. We requested management and her name was Shannon. She assured us the food would be right. We received our second order and still no shrimp. We did not have to pay for anything…which is fine because their service was slow and incompetent.

Love this place. Such a cool place to eat especially on a weekend evening. They have a very family friendly environment. Yes they even do the birthday singing to guests when requested. The view itself is gorgeous as it overlooks the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. I must recommend getting a table outside. You really cant beat sitting on the porch outside on a warm summer night. The staff was extremely friendly and our waitress worked her tail off for us. We never did get our Calamari we ordered but the waitress did getbit taken off of our bill and I couldn’t really fault her because they look a little short-staffed. They not only fixed our bill they gave us a $10 gift card and three of the light up cups for the kids although they already had two of them since we were kids drinks for them. They more than made it right and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

It was so crowded on mother’s day. The place smells like ocean, don’t come there expecting anything less. The food was great and not too expensive, comparable to red lobster. This was definitely a great experience.

I ordered the fish and chips. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, not served fresh. You can order better fish and chips from Long John Silver’s for half the price. You’d better stick to the crab legs. That’s what mostly everyone else at my table ordered and they seemed to love them!

I always love the food. And the views are to die for. But the service today was a bit sub par. I had to wait for the hostess after I used the restroom to come back and show me to my table a little too long considering there were only a few customers. I like that he let me choose my table, but I would have preferred he lead the way. My order was taken promptly. And my food came within a good amount of time. I ordered a cluster of snow crab legs and had a martini. The thing was that I didnt have any napkins, nor did he give me a side plate for my shells. Or even a fork and knife roll. I just had a cluster of crab with butter, a cracker and the tiny crab fork. I finally got napkins after a bit. And enjoyed my meal. When done I put my bib on my bowl, wiped my hands with the wet nap, and put it on my bowl as well. I sat enjoying the views and the beautiful weather for a bit. A bit too long if you ask me. My server never returned. I ended up going inside (I Sat outside) and asking one of the other servers had they seen mine. He finally comes out and says he had been washing dishes. I paid my bill, left a tip anyway and was on my way.
