I loved Joe’s Crab Shack. The drinks were fantastic. My husband had a chicken dish that he said melted in his mouth and I had a shrimp sampler plate that was fantastic. Now this place isn’t cheap but the food and drinks are top-notch and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

We had a delicious meal here. We got here early (about 5:30pm) and luckily beat the crowd. It was loud, the outdoor seating was closed, and you can’t see the beach from inside great, but that’s my only complaint. Our waitress was awesome. I fail to remember her name sadly. We got the blacked mahi & shrimp and the Dijon salmon plus a side of hush puppies. Delicious! The drinks were weak and we don’t need souvenir take home anything, but there’s no other option, and they were yummy too. Total was $105 before tip, so definitely a bit too pricey to consider coming frequently, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Be careful on roof top. They asked for a card to hold. We got card back and paid cash we have not used that card the whole time we have been here and this was the only place that asked for a card to hold.. I had to cancel card today because someone tried to use it, dont have proof but I believe they stole my card number they are the only ones that had access..

Went with my team and it was so loud. We could barely hear each other. Also it took two hours to get all of our food and they kept getting orders wrong because the waitress couldn’t read her own handwriting. It’s a great location for a restaurant and it has nice decor but definitely not worth the hype.

We got seated it was all good at first ordered our drinks and then we did not see the waitress for at least 20 minutes she finally came I ordered when I got my soup came with a spoon about 15 minutes later I got my food didn’t realize it at first no silverware so I waited for her for at least 15 minutes ask for silverware waited at least another 15 minutes before I got the silverware it was just very disappointing we had to wait for everything not a few minutes 5 minutes it was a while for everything even when we would order a drink I don’t know if the waitress are having a bad day but the service was terrible

The shrimp and crab and clams were the worst. The prices were over the top for crappy food. I hope the manager sees this and orders a plate without his cook knowing. I thought food off the coast was supposed to be fantastic. This stuff was unpalatable. Disgusted to the max. Didn’t say anything because my son was paying but please take concern. Don’t rip off your customers.

We are here for Biketoberfest and staying at the Hilton. They gave us coupons for free appetizers. It’s not actually Free, it’s $10.99 off any appetizer. I normally don’t do a review for a chain but thought I would do one just for the coupon discrepancy
