I went to Joe’s a month ago for the all u can eat crab legs The service was nice but the crab legs was so small it was such a disappointment. The food was not worth the money. The serving size on the 2 round was child size and the drinks (alcohol and regular) were so water down. The crab legs were cooked in water which were left in the crab legs, even with the old bay, still was wasn’t tasteful. I was really disappointed in the food and the drinks. The crab dip was overcooked to the point it evaporated in the dish. We had to send it back. It was a total waste. Maybe it will improve in the warmer weather. The only good thing was the waitress was very very nice.

Just had a great meal and Nichole was the best server! Fried shrimp, and clam strips and fish were fried perfection. Steamed crab legs were great too. Peach cobbler was good but the vanilla ice cream on top was even better! Very enjoyable visit.

The service and food was on point tonight. Plenty of people in large and small groups. Staff was friendly and attentive. I have to agree with previous posts the turtle brownie desert was delicious. Be warned though…all the deserts were family sized and could have fed four easily.

I’ve been here twice and had a good experience both times. I was seated quickly and had suggestions given to me. One time, I thought we were driving out waiter crazy but he just started feeling us out. It was good and I’m meeting friends there today after work.

When we got there we were seated immediately. However after that was pure crap. The bathrooms were nasty and it took forever for the waiter to take our order. He was nice but slow. (It was not even crowded)The food was crap. I’ve never seen crablegs so small. I should have saved my money and went to the wharf and cooked myself. This will be my first and last time ever visiting this restaurant.

Worst Joe’s I have ever been to. I travel all over untied states and I can always count on Joe’s to get good seafood with my family. However, here in Washington DC, is the most disorganized Joe’s I have ever seen. Manager playing hostess and did the worst job ever. Call ahead seating is a waste as I did just that to arrive and not be on the list, then the manager decides it’s ok to be an ass to my wife on mothers day, because he can not effectively run his staff or store. We waited for almost an hour before our tour bus left and could no longer wait to eat. Great way to keep tourists coming back, not feed them and disrespect them…..all thumbs down and wish I could give negative stars

Food was luke warm when it came out. We had been seated for about an hour and one guest hasn’t received her beverage she ordered when we first sat down. When she asked about it she was told all the cups we being used and the server was waiting for the other party to finish. Her response was unacceptable. We had to speak to 2 managers.
The 2nd manager did accommodate those who wanted their food redone and took sine money off the bill after we asked. But, we shouldn’t have had to ask.

Place, wasn’t crowded, seated rather quickly. Waited a while for our drinks from the bar, and our app and food. Crab legs were served with out butter. However food tastes fresh. Hours are great!

LOVED IT! I ordered the Lobster Daddy Feast bucket and a Spiked Ice Tea. Both were delicious. The Lobster Daddy had plenty of snow crabs and meaty lobster. I was pleasantly surprised, lol. As most Crab Shacks are somewhat stingy with the portion sizes. Our waiter AJ was great; service was quick & the restrooms were decent. Will definitely return.

I had the best birthday experience with Erika . Erika was sweet, kind, patient and on the job. Me and my husbands food was very fresh and hot. Manager gave us a free desert since it was my birthday. Thank you Erika you are the best!! Please ask for her if you come she will take very good care of you! ❤️
