A little out of the way place for a quick meal. I had the pulled chicken fries- very generous portion! I got the regular size instead of large, which was a good thing! Also got the corn frittersc as a side. I’d go back to try other menu items.

Ok so.. I just got off a 14hr shift….I was craving a breakfast sandwich with French fries…..I specially gave my order .. bacon egg and cheese sandwich…with fries…..trusting my order was right ….because I went in the store and placed my order……well when I got home …my order was 100% wrong…..they gave me bacon , runny egg cheese…on top of fries….when I called them to let them know ….they told me next time be more specific….not only did I go into the restaurant to place my order…the person that took my order repeated it right back to me….when I ask for either a remake or refund…the manager told me no next time….I was so exhausted from work …I just let him get this one over on me this time ……hopefully they treat other customers with a little bit respect….working in health care is a lot …so when you get that chance to enjoy ur you time and a good meal ….means everything ….Hopefully business gets better in the near future….God bless….

High quality chicken. Very well-managed restaurant. Employees have been consistently good over the years. Food is consistently good. Comes out fast, too. I order a bunch of food and it comes out in like ten minutes. I waited longer than 10 minutes at McDonald’s the other day.
Definitely the best chicken spot in the area. One of the best in the capital district.
My favorite sauce is hot honey.
They do really well with customizations if you want things extra crispy extra saucy and extra bacon like I do.
The one negative I have is I think pretty much every one of their dishes could use more sauce. But maybe that’s just me tho. Or maybe at least allow one extra sauce per dish for free.
Also, they have a cash discount of 4%. That’s better than most rewards cards for dining and it helps the business out as well. I highly recommend this place. Haven’t been to the one in Albany but the Troy location is fire. This is one of my favorite spots!

First timer at the Troy, NY location. Ate in around noon. Fast and friendly counter service. They even brought the food out when it was ready. Nice and hot. I had the Classic Chicken (crispy) sandwich and the crispy french fries. Both were excellent. The quality on the chicken was almost as good as the standard setting Chic Filet. My friend had the mashed potato cones ( a ball of deep fried mashed potatoes) and I tried one and will get those from now on. They were stellar. Place was clean although the eating area is due for a refresh. Overall I’d give them 4.5 stars if that were an option.

Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich with onion rings it was honestly only was a hard ass onion ring covered in barbecue. Can barely tell what else was on it. I worked at a kitchen for several years and this is not good food service made us bring it to the store and then argued with us about what good food service is.

Super disappointed, fires are soggy, chickens soggy and taste like rubber. Nothing was hot its all cold like it sat on the counter for a few hours, i used to he a big fan of chicken joes now i wont buy from them for a while.

We ordered the half pound of chicken nuggets with fries. Got about five chicken nuggets in the bag mostly fries the crispy fries were good aside from the half a pound of salt that was on them. The chicken was definitely white meat but it was really dry . We also ordered chicken fries but for some reason we got some kind of Buffalo chicken salad with a ton of celery in it and tiny little pieces of chicken. This was spread out over a layer of soggy fries definitely not something we would order again. you can order online but it goes through mealeo. The seasoning for the chicken was very good it might have just been that it was late and they may have been sitting for a while. When we got home we were charged for buffalo chicken fries that’s not exactly buffalo chicken fries it’s more like a layer of french fries with tiny little pieces of chicken mixed in Buffalo sauce spread across the top of the French fries and some celery chopped up in there. So we basically paid $31 for French fries because that’s mostly with the meal ended up being . Won’t be ordering from here again they had good reviews but definitely not good food.
