Gentlemen who answers phone on Saturdays around 6pm is a scumbag. Forces you to hold without letting you say a single word, then after you hold for 10 minutes and listen to them talk in the background, someone hangs up on you. You can hear them pick up the phone and end the call. Did it 3 times in a row. Finally got through, didn’t ask me for a name or any identifying information. I’ve loved joes pizza in the different areas that I’ve lived in previously, this is my first experience with this location as I just purchased a house down the road. Shocked that this is how they operate. Absolutely Disgraceful customer service. Literally bonkers for 2023. Will be finding somewhere else solely based on the rudeness of the older gentleman answering the telephones. Do better.

My family and I had this place a few years ago, so when we traveled back into town we knew we had to stop by again since we loved it so much the first time. We bought multiple pizzas for about $100 and sat for 45 minutes while there was no other customers waiting. We asked the employees for an update and they informed us they had not even started our pizzas! We understood there could be take our orders, but they were literally standing around doing nothing most of the time. We also saw them trash a couple pizzas they messed up (seems like a lot of mistakes) and eat some off of the sliced pizzas. They informed us that only 1 of the 3 employees knew how to make pizzas so that is why they were just standing around. This was very hard to believe so we did not want to wait any longer. We asked for a refund and the employee did not know how to do it. It took him 10 minutes to figure out to give us a receipt. During that time, another customer who had called in a pizza came in to pick his up. His pizza had also not been started whenever he came in after his expected pickup time. My family was very disappointed with this experience because we loved it here a few years ago. We didn’t know if it was staff changes or what but it is definitely not worth your money!

This was my first experience with Joe’s and it was an amazing one! The pizza was some of the best I’ve had and the amount of options blew me away! Would love to see the names posted with the pizzas but it wasn’t too hard to tell what I would enjoy. I got to take advantage of the buy-one/get-one option between 3-5pm and the pricing was unbeatable. Will visit again!

Okay I was pretty skeptical at first. We ordered three pepperoni slices, one pepperoni Sicilian and a plain Sicilian and it came out to $27 and I was not happy with the price. However the pizza was pretty damn good so I changed my mind and decided it’s worth it! Also I didn’t have any issues with customer service as other reviewers noted, they seemed pretty friendly to me!

2nd time ordering wings, second time they were chewy, asked employee to keep them in a bit longer and was told ‘they just came out, they’re crispy’. As the paying customer, I assured him they were not crispy, but left it at that, won’t be ordering wings from here again. The pizza was fantastic, we had 2 different pies and 2 huge side slices, we’ll definitely be getting pizza here again.

I love this pizza for the most part and eat it almost weekly. Some of the employees can have an attitude problem. And the slices are sometimes dry from sitting out too long. But other than that I enjoy it most of the time

I moved to Brighton last December and this has been one of my favorite pizza spots. Once a week type spot. After not stopping in for about a month or two I go in today and had the absolute worst service and product. I’m sorry but you lost a loyal customer today. I might stop in another location. Webster is GREAT but for my around the corner spot never again

I used to love to visting Joes Brooklyn for lunch and grabbing a slice. I had a very unpleasant visit today. Staff was rude and inattentive but what’s making me not return as a customer is the prices. I got a veggie slice and it came out to be 6.43. I honestly thought it was an error when they told me the price. But they confirmed that it was correct. It would be worth it if the slices were bigger but it was less than average size. Really disappointed in my experience but luckily in monroe county there’s many more good quality affordable options!

I’ll be nice and give two stars because we enjoy the pizza however, we placed an online order on 03/01/23 and they forgot a topping on the pizza, I’ve called 3 times to ask for a refund very politely (just asking for the $6 back for the topping) I still have not received said refund as of 3/11/23. When I first called, they offered me a full refund or free pizza, I asked for a full refund and then they turned around and said just a refund for the topping. So that’s two strikes against this place all within one order. It’s not worth the money or your time. Amico’s on east ridge road is better, so I suggest going there as Joe’s Brooklyn Pizza just lost a customer with us.

I can only answer to the food… it was served at a Superbowl get together I attended. The pizza was not the best nor worst I’ve had. I generally like little sauce on my pizza but this pizza had even less than I like. It tasted fine, the crust was cooked well. I had the cheese. I’m not sure about pricing as the hosts bought it.
