Went here three times and every time most bagels were sold out by 9:30am. All employee’s sneakers were dirtier than if they worked at Jiffy Lube. Bagel was not wrapped and just thrown in the bag with everything else.

I have never been to bagel place that has absolutely no flavor in their bagels. I have given them several tries and every time the same experience. The pork roll is sliced so thick you can’t enjoy it. This will be my final visit to the brick location. My wife frequently goes to the Tom’s river location and the food is 100% better. Someone needs to figure out what they do different in a chain like this.

Stood in front of the bagel display until the employee finished washing the floors. The other employee there watched as well. We finally gave our simple order of 2 bagels with cream cheese and a bag of chips. Took that same employee over 5 minutes to spread cream cheese and then bag them. We finished a bag of chips while waiting. The bagels were okay. Cream cheese was an absolute joke. Place is clean and has a good feel to it. My mini bagel with vegetable cream cheese was an absolute joke of a product. I laughed when I saw it.
