It’s a place with two faces, but the ugly is far worse. On my first visit, I had a great experience—so much so that I returned just three days later. But on my second visit, the service was unrecognizably poor. I made the same simple request as before: a burger with no bun (gluten free). This time, Miguel flat-out refused, saying he was “told not to do it,” without explaining why or by whom. When I mentioned I’d leave a review, he also refused service to my friend.
In a city where good burgers are already hard to find, it’s incredibly disappointing and shocking for such bad service.

Friendly dude behind the counter, fair prices, very fast delivery and a lot of space inside and outside to choose from. The food itself was above average for its price.
