I’m just a guy. I come in, get seated instantly then order the chicken and waffles with some scrambled eggs on the side.

The waffles, great. Has texture, not overly sweet.
The chicken, okay. A bit dry and not crunchy. The gravy saved it to be honest.
The eggs, good. Not overcooked, nice and fluffy.

Lastly, the place itself is very cozy at 8:30am and not crowded. Also, service was impeccable.

All and all, would come again

Good food, pancakes were not too sweet. Good portions, I received more than enough eggs. Service was good, both waitresses were really friendly. I sat at the counter top because I was solo. It was very clean, great atmosphere.

Joe’s Restaurant is a true gem. The omelettes are perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the coffee is smooth and rich — exactly what you need to start your day right. The service is outstanding, with friendly, attentive staff who make you feel at home. Add in the cozy atmosphere and a great location, and you’ve got the ideal breakfast spot. Highly recommended!

Joe’s 320 Cafe is an American style breakfast and brunch location located right off of VFW parkway, in one of the busier intersections.

We came in close to closing time, but the staff were still very accommodating and seated us quite quickly. It wasn’t too crowded, but it was still a chill and nice atmosphere. Food came out quite quick, and the waitstaff took plates away quickly.

We tried the breakfast combo alongside an omelette. The waffles were perfect, and went well with the syrup they provided on the tables. Eggs were also fried to our liking, and the sausage wasn’t too oily but still tasty. The potatoes were alright, felt like it could’ve come with something to cut through the starchy nature of the potato, but overall was still pretty tasty.

Overall, a good breakfast spot to visit for a chill brunch.

Tried this little cafe diner this morning and wow it was fantastic. They do NOT skimp. Huge plates of delicious food we had. I had the corner beef hash Omeltte with sour dough toast. It was huge and came with big potato pieces and fresh strawberries on the side. Eggs has plenty of cheese and wasn’t all that dry egg you sometimes get..Be prepared to take some home if light eater. Husband had macaroni and cheese skillet with plump chicken pieces and again, huge plate ziti type pasta. Compliments to the chef and server. This will be our new local go to.

Some of the best food around. Get there early so you don’t have to wait in line- and check for holiday specials (sometimes there’s holiday dinner specials!)

We go here weekly and always leave full and happy!

Joe’s has big portions for a great price. The food is typical diner food, which I personally enjoy. They have a good variety on the menu and rotating specials.
Staff are attentive, warm, and fast.
I recommend the waffles.

I’m always on the hunt for local gems and came across Joe’s 320 Cafe. It is located in West Roxbury off of the main road with its own large parking lot. The inside isn’t huge, but there are a decent number of tables, as well as bar seating. There were a few people inside on a Wednesday morning, but I ordered breakfast take-out. They serve lunch as well. My food was ready on time, and service was friendly.

The chicken and waffles smelled so good on the ride home. For $18, I got four waffles and 6-7 small pieces of fried chicken. For sauces, they gave me pecan maple syrup, regular syrup, and bacon sausage gravy. The waffles were fluffy and moist and paired well with the pecan maple syrup, which was not overly sweet. I wasn’t able to eat the chicken right away, so I’m not sure if the outside got soft or if it wasn’t crispy to begin with, so I can’t speak to that, but the inside was dry. However, it was salted well, and the bacon sausage gravy was very good. This meal also came with half a strawberry, which was random (maybe it slipped in by accident).

If the chicken had been moist, this would have been a 5/5. Nevertheless, I do plan on coming back to try a few more things that sounded good.
