Joel’s Jerk Hut offers authentic Jamaican jerk dishes prepared daily. Their menu features Jerk Chicken, a spicy and flavorful island classic, alongside other Caribbean specialties. All of our vegetables are prepared ITAL Vegan. With over 25 years of travel to Jamaica and consulting for an exclusive boutique hotel there, Joel developed a deep love for island culture and food. He expanded his knowledge of rich flavors through additional projects in the Caribbean. With decades of culinary experience, Joel now brings the simplicity of a Local’s roadside spot like in a Jamaican field where Jerk is cooked by the side of the road and locals gather to enjoy delicious chicken with tasty sides, to Saratoga.
