We visited here for our 1st time on Sunday. Pros: Nice & clean environment. Employees were nice & pleasant. Flavor on the parts of the chicken we managed to pick over were good, & the fries were good.
Cons & reason for the 1 star review: Because we do not like big or huge bone in wings, we always ask the employees about the wing size at new places. We asked several times and the employee assured us the wings were not big. He stated they were small whole wings that are cut up, & were a normal size. So, we went ahead and ordered a 10 piece spiked honey & a 6 piece Ella’s. We should have checked before we left, however, we had plans that we were rushing to, & we didn’t. To our surprise, when we opened the box to each, the wings were scary huge. We didn’t have time to go back, & these days, I don’t send any food back. I’ve seen and heard too many stories. I did want to leave this review for the company & for those that don’t like big or huge wings. Avoid the bone in wings.Don’t order bone in here and don’t take the employee’s word that they are small. The pictures do these wings no justice. They’re huge. It was a waste of $40. What’s in the pictures.. went in the trash. Do better… Cornelius— name on the receipt. I didn’t even get to try the Mac and cheese to rate it because I lost my appetite after seeing how big the wings were. Pics are attached but they do these wings no justice.

I really wanted to like this place. The restaurant itself was clean and the environment was nice. When I visited, it was a bit busy, but the staff were polite and doing their best.
Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. One of the chicken wings I received still had a very large feather attached to it. This was honestly shocking and disgusting — I’ve never seen something like this served at a restaurant before.
This is a serious food preparation issue and completely ruined my appetite. Cleanliness and basic quality control should never be compromised, especially with poultry.
Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable coming back. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food inspection process.

Ordered the 2nd time and this time, the tenders were AMAZING! The chicken was tender & Juicy!!! Better than my 1st exp. Thanks for the cutlery!!!

Ordered 3 jumbo tenders, sweet vinegar slaw and ranch. The taste was okay, salty however I was upset that no utensils were provided, especially since I ordered coleslaw and this was takeout.

First time. Great place to eat! I ordered the 4 count strips tossed in the tweener sauce, and parm fries.
Staff was friendly. I will definitely go back. It was flavorful chicken, and the chicken was huge. It’s what Chick-fil-A should be.

First time here, and little disappointed, regular wings were very good according to my husband, I ordered boneless wings, when I got them I thought they were my kids chicken nuggets. In the picture the boneless wings and one of the regular wings for size reference.

I really wanted to like the food. The GM served me and was very considerate and helpful. I got the Sammie (medium) with fries and a drink. The chicken was greasy, I really didn’t care for the mix of spices (was too salty), and the breading was too heavy. The fries were thin and crispy, but didn’t have much flavor (pretty sure they are frozen). I wish them well, but I don’t think I will return.

I am an electrician and i just so happened to be installing some lights and an outlet for a new waffle fryer at the mason location and the food smelled so good that i had to take some home. Best decision I’ve made in a while, because it was absolutely delicious. And the staff was just a amazing as the food! While there I heard them giving each other tips to help get their jobs done easier, and they were laughing and just seemed like friends instead of coworkers. And they treated me with the same kindness they did each other. The evening manager, Garrett, was the best! His leadership skills are phenomenal. He was encouraging, knowledgeable, and was just on top of everything the entire time. It’s not that often you find a place to eat that has above amazing food with above amazing staff that make you feel like you’re with friends and family. Southern hospitality with a southern dinner. I would recommend anyone that thinks they may wanna go should definitely go! I can’t wait to go back, even if it’s to work lol!
