Great fried food
– Chicken tenders and vegan patty
– came out crispy and not oily
– very good size portions, originally I thought three tenders wouldn’t be enough – it is!
– zero issue with the texture or being soggy as other people said in their reviews. I honestly don’t see how they could think that.
Sauces
– Fire in da Hole is in your mouth
– I recommend mixing the hot and pimento ranchero for a unique buffalo sauce
– The hot sauce by itself is indeed hot but still enjoyable.
Sides
– fries are well seasoned
– coleslaw with vinegar sauce means it’s not dry, but not wet either.
– I also ordered the fried pickles which came well seasoned. Would be great if these were covered in garlic.
Overall – Joelle’s is worth the hype with very friendly and helpful staff – but most important is great food that keeps you coming back.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. The sandwich is enough to fill you up. Delicious. The parmesan garlic fries are phenomenal. Ended up buying a pint of their homemade BBQ and honey mustard sauce to use at home Both sandwiches had TWO battered and fried chicken thighs.

I come home from MI, to see my Dadfor 4 days. He cant walk and has never had Joella’s. I go in and order the tenders fire’s and ranch and blue cheese. My Dad is Blue Cheese man. I wait ten minutes then watch them take my to go order to another table, thar is already eating. They then bring me a fish sandwich for dine in. I tell the chick/cahsier, I had the to-go order. She then goes and bags up the fish sandwich and brings it back to me. I tell her I had the 5 tenders 2 fries etc. She says oh no and grabs both the fish and the yo go order off the others table and goes and throws it all away. About 5 more minutes goes by, and the manager comes out to me and now says, sorry sir we are out of blue cheese. I had to get a refund and it ruined the whole surprise for my Dad. Thanks cashier chick forntheowing away those last 2 blue cheeses. Wow.

We took the crew, pulled tables together very helpful staff. Anything you choose is good. Be careful selecting the best “heat” level for your tastes. Pimento sliders were a hit

I’ve been here 4 times in the last 6 months or so and every single time the chicken is luke warm, not crispy, and soggy fries. Every time. Also, the 2 hottest sauces they have, 1 that you have to sign a waiver for, are not spicy at all. And not very flavorful either. Won’t be coming back.
