A very nice interior. Love this shop. It is a nice place to have coffee or juice. It is also a good place to hang out with friends. The coffee is nice. I ordered latte and love it is still hot after a while. It is not that strong. I heard the sandwich and juice.are yummy. We will try next time.

I don’t think it deserves the 1 star review many have posted. I would 100% come again. The staff may be young/less experienced, but I think they deserve a chance to work, learn and grow. I felt it is very impressive how hard working these young people are. AND I felt they were great to begin with, and good job!

Customer service is ATROCIOUS. Drinks are tiny, food is subpar. Don’t get the fresh juice, see pic.
While I’m ordering, the gal picks up her phone, and guess what she didn’t get my order correct. Instead of fixing it, she tells me she’ll charge me for the correct size.
You need to fire the entire staff. LAZY. When we walked in, the cashier was sitting on the counter on her phone (pic)
The bathroom needs attention, and not just napkins tossed in there and soap should be put into the dispensers. They’re all loudly complaining about customers after they’ve ordered as they sit inside.
For as much as this place charges per item, it’d be great to have employees that put in some effort. They can’t even be bothered to label your groups items, allergies be damned.
You should be MORTIFIED with how your staff treats the customers. We will not be coming back.

I bought a 10-drink package over the Black Friday promotion last year thinking I could spend them in this store. And guess what, they been remodeling all year long and without me realizing it had expired and the customer service refused to refund me. What a scam! Basically they get your money and then reduce the availability of the service. I hope Joe and Juice run out of business. So unethical.

The food was fantastic, but don’t expect friendly service here. We returned for a second mobile pickup, and even though the staff saw us and made eye contact while chatting amongst themselves, they didn’t bother to greet us—almost as if we weren’t customers. I’m not trying to be demanding, but as someone who works in customer service, I’d suggest that the store could really benefit from improving its customer service. Just a friendly piece of advice.

Really loved the calm, spacious atmosphere and service was chill and friendly. I would def recommend if you need a place to get some work done or have a conversation.
The menu items themselves are pretty lackluster IMO. I had something like a black tea with milk and an açaí bowl. Neither were enjoyable or things I would get again, and I’m not really picky with cafe items. The smoothies range from 7-10$ and all the portions here are so small! Maybe if I returned I would try a larger food item.
Parking wasn’t difficult, mainly metered street parking typical in downtown.

For the high prices both the quality and the quantity are pretty disappointing, and had several lackluster customer service experiences here. It’s not “bad”, and I’ve been to locations in Switzerland and Iceland that seemed better, but this place just seems to be trying too hard to fit an aesthetic and failing to deliver basic value. They are everywhere though so apparently I’m in the minority on this.

They really don’t deserve all these bad reviews! I had an amazing experience earlier this Friday. It was a little slow, but there was just enough staff to get my order going. I didn’t ask for their names, but I did overhear some. Isabella, Steven, and Diana (One more girl that I forgot the name of) were great. My sandwich was just perfect, crispy and delicious. Although I understand some people don’t like the idea of teens running a cafe, I think they’re not looking past the hard work they all do here. The cafe was nice and clean, and trendy music playing (Nothing like the harsh reviews talking about songs with profanity).
This is an amazing spot, and the staff have been amazing!! Very large eating area, and all around good vibes too. Give Joe a chance 🙂
