Ordered a meal to go for the first time from here today. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. She suggested the turkey melt and it did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. The cook when he called my order even opened the box to show me how proud he was… And he should be cus it was delightful. I’ll definitely be going back for lunch next time I’m in the Old Katy area.

This is our go to place for burgers and chicken wings. They have the friendliest staff. Their burgers are huge and very tasty! Their wings are my favorite. It’s very clean inside but we always come here for take out.

My boyfriend did a takeout order at JLB Eatery on Franz Rd and honestly, it was a mess. I ordered the 2 fish & 6 shrimp combo—half Cajun, half London style—and it was a disaster. The shrimp had way too much breading. The onion rings looked like they’d been swimming in grease; there’s no way I could eat them without feeling like I’m raising my cholesterol by the minute. The Cajun fried fish was paper-thin, basically just breading with zero seasoning. As a matter there was absolutely no seasoning on anything. And to top it off, no condiments came with my order.
My boyfriend got The Crazy Burger. True to the name, it was chaotic, sloppy, and way too much meat.
Overall, the food was greasy, over breaded, bland, and poorly seasoned, and the lack of proper condiments made it a real letdown.

An unexpected culinary treat. Great food. Good service. Portions were big. I ate here with my crew from work and we were all blown away by the experience. This is an exceptional Burger joint with chicken and fish. I highly recommend this place.

The food is always hot and fresh, the service is on point, and the tables and booths are always clean and comfortable. The portions here are huge so if you order for lunch you might have left overs for dinner I love the steak quesadilla but I get the pico on the side. The chicken nuggets kids meal will have you skipping McDonald’s and heading here instead any time you’re craving nuggies.

JLB has very large menu so my review is based solely on hamburgers. If you want a delicious hamburger made with quality meat and topped with fresh toppings, this is the place to go. The buns appear to be made fresh in house and the meat is smashed so you get those crispy edges. The fries are real sliced potatoes with skin showing on the ends and fried to a nice crisp. They are VERY large. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my guest had the Crazy Burger. Both are a WHOLE lot of food. So, if you’re hungry for a burger, give it a try and I bet you are not disappointed.

Ordered the steak sandwich and it was really delicious. High-quality steak, fresh ingredients, great bread, and the avocado and fried egg were on point. Everything tasted fresh and well made! creamy, flavorful, and filling. Totally beats going to a fast-food spot. This was my first time at this restaurant, so I asked the young man named Jadon, who was taking my order, for a recommendation. He suggested the “Crazy Burger,” which was quite a large burger. We split it between the two of us, and it was absolutely delicious. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! We also wanted to try a dessert, and the other worker named Anea recommended the fried Oreos. They were also the best I’ve ever had! The staff was friendly, and the food was great!

I met the owners and his wife they are so nice! It was my first time a JLB Eatery and I can tell you for sure it will not be my last. I will definitely be going back in the future. I got the crazy burgers. It tastes amazing, was huge double meat full of goodness, bacon, stacked with veggies, creamy sauce, beautiful soft buns hand made. Sooooo good!
