A hidden gem! Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. The sandwiches were tasty and the pricing very fair considering the size of the sandwiches. There were lots of people in and out with dine in and to-go orders. Love how it is in a back corner of an antique mall, so there is a place to rest if it is needed for shopping.

FANTASTIC! I got the club with sweet tea and it was amazing as well as the potato salad and a side salad! I will definitely be back! The service is outstanding as well! You can tell the owner is genuinely a nice guy! Highly, highly recommend!

JJ’s is an excellent Deli and really fun restataunt to go to, due to being inside the antique emporium. Order the best Deli sandwich in the triad, then walk around for a few minutes browsing antiques and thrift items until your food is ready. The salads and potatoes are also great choices, but the sandwiches are absolutely knock-down, drag out amazing. And the prices are actually fair for the amount of food you get. Cannot recommend the place enough.

Solid cafe serving sandwiches and other fare in a truly unique atmosphere. This deli is located inside an antique emporium. Nice setting with booths and tables. You order at the counter and they call your number. JJ is a really nice guy. I picked up a couple lobster rolls (a special that week). They were nearly $16 each (reasonable for a quality lobster roll) but I was skeptical. When I got home and opened the box I was impressed. This lobster roll was stuffed with meat. The roll (I think the authentic ones like the ones in Maine) was perfect. Buttered and toasted perfectly. It came with potato chips. Ii would get this again. A week later a friend brought me some banana pudding. This was quite good as well. I have heard through a reliable source that their loaded spuds are huge and tasty. Do some shopping at the booths before or after the meal.

I love everything I have tried at JJs Side Street Deli. Food is always Hot and Fresh. Prices are reasonable. Service is SPECTACULAR . I am so glad they opened here. Hours are very convenient. 10 to 3 Monday thru Thursday 10 to 9 on Friday and Saturday. You can also check out some great items in the Emporium while your there.
