Service was slow 5 people working but tobusy talking took forever for 2 sandwiches and bread sticks don’t know about food yet it’s not done update food wasn’t that good ordered half order breadsticks they made whole order and charged me for it won’t be going back

This is a remarkable little spot. Local family owned and operated establishment. I have had lunch here several times an even had some of my fellow co-workers eat lunch with me here. It’s always great food and service with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend giving this little spot a try. U will not be disappointed.

Ordered Friday special of large 2 topping pizza and breadsticks for dine in. We waited about 20 minutes but had no pizza yet. We then saw the guy leave who took our order because he was making a delivery. 15 minutes later, he walks back, and he’s up at the register. I walked up and asked him if our pizza was ready because it’s been 30 minutes now. He goes and checks, and they had made the pizza and forgot to bring it out to use. He sets it on the counter, and the box is cold. He said I can make you another one, and it’ll be about 20 or so minutes. I don’t think so. We got our money back and went to Galaxy Pizza and it was delicious. Galaxy didn’t forget we were waiting. We’ve been to JJs about 4 times and it’s hit or miss on getting a hot pizza even if you dine in. Guess they let it sit back there till someone decides to serve it. Won’t gobto JJs again. Galaxy Pizza in Vastwood Park is great! Thanks Galaxy for saving our night and our money.

Decided to visit my daughter and ordered some pizza and bread sticks. Almost threw up when I bit into the raw dough. My daughter called to complain, we were told since we had touched the pizza nothing could be done. I do a lot of these reviews and I have to say that being a pizza shop in such a small town I think it would be beneficial for y’all to make sure you satisfy your customers. I can’t believe you could careless about how your customers feel.

It’s jacks pizza made to order.
Worse example of “hand tossed” ever.
Obviously it’s frozen dough.
Kids running it were loud and not helpful.
Had to smack to counter to get their attention since they all had earbuds in. No napkins anywhere in site and half of the fountain drink syrups where out. $14 down the drain !

Authentic it’s NOT!
The About tab suggests or leads one to believe that the owners know authentic Italian and might be Italian… NOT!
The Stromboli is not a Stromboli… you can get a sub or sandwich which to me is the same damn thing. But if you’re expecting a traditional “classic” Stromboli you’ll be very disappointed because “they’ve been making them this way for over 30 years.” and it is a sandwich on sub roles either way they make it.
Although they are courteous and willing to make it right. Good folks here.

If you live anywhere in the surrounding area this is a staple to your dining out routine! JJ’s has some specialty pizzas that you’ll be craving on the regular. Their popper pie is a personal favorite- its spicy and creamy and I can’t get enough! They haven’t just impressed me with their pizzas though; they make amazing sandwiches too. Their buffalo chicken sandwich has been known to touch my soul. They offer burgers, salads, wings, etc that are pretty good as well- especially if you have that one picky family member who will only eat those things. Another awesome thing to try is their “pizza roll” it’s not like the small totinos rolls; this bad boy is like a calzone and you can have then put anything you want in it.

I eaten there a few times I always order the same thing but now all the sudden the specific pizza Ive always ordered doesn’t come the way they described thats twice now and I’m just disappointed you would think when i order they would tell you there out of this key ingredient but they didnt they just substituted it with what they wanted i wont go back thats twice now i didnt get what I paid for.
