We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and received chicken strips cut in half with no buffalo sauce. Just plan chicken strips/cutlets which looked and tasted like they were store bought frozen and heated up. We ordered extra blue cheese, and didn’t get any which we were charged for. The garlic knots taste disgusting and soggy. According to my girlfriend, The meatballs were alright, but they also cut them in half’s probably to warm them up faster. I order to pick up and was told it would first be ready at 8:45. Then I received a message saying it will be 8:55 due to being busy. When we got there we waited till 9:10 till we got our order (we got there at 8:50). I don’t understand why it took so long, since not one other order was picked up or went out for delivery while we waited. Definitely not authentic Italian food. And I question how they have so many 5 star reviews.

We ordered through Grubhub and they gave us a decent time of delivery at first. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours for our order, after we called Grubhub and he had pushed the delivery time back. On top of that, half of our order was wrong and the other half never showed up (Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and Mountain Dew). We called the place back and after going back and forth for a few minutes, they said they would deliver the items we were missing. Another hour goes by and the delivery guy is still not there. We called and the guy on the phone said he had already left, we are only 15 minutes down the road. The food isn’t even worth the hassle, don’t bother. Take all of the other terrible reviews seriously, they do not care about quality or customer service even if they try to smooth it all over.

JJ’s has the best pizza around! It is always super hot, fresh not to mention delicious. I literally order here once a week, cannot get enough. Love the Mozzarella Pizza , service is always great plus delivery through Grubhub brings it right up to my door!! Best Pizza around by far!!! I highly recommend!

I had done this via Grubhub and can’t figure out how to post my review there. I ordered on Christmas so I can expect a delay. Took an hour and half vs 45 min which was their max delivery time. The owner had called me and said the brócoli stuffed cheesy bread that was sent was burnt. The owner said he’d refund half of the money (which I’m still waiting on) due to the burnt item sent and how next time I order he will send another for free. That’s great customer service (just waiting on the 50% return from what he said). The ginger ale ordered never came.
Garlic bread with cheese was bland. The steak and philly wrap had no flavor, and the salad was Eh too much spinach and lacked other items in the salad.

The food was awful. Everything was super greasy. It tasted terrible. All of it tasted terrible. Pizzas, fettuccine Alfredo, even the onion rings are bad. The garlic knots don’t taste like garlic, they taste like pepper. The garlic bread is tough, like tough meat that you have to chew, except it’s bread.

First time I got food there it was excellent, then ordered a few times after it was ok, then ordered pizza, it was soggy, not fully cooked and not what I ordered. Totally disappointed and disgusted. This place is extremely expensive and all you get in return is mistakes and raw sub par pizza. The girl who answers the phones is nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible but ultimately didn’t do what I wanted as a paying returning customer which is either get a refund or a free pizza for next time what she did instead of giving me a refund is she sent a new pizza which was the same nasty pizza that got sent the first time. The excuse she gave me was I took too long too make up my mind that I wanted a refund. It took me only about 10 minutes. ( if it takes only 10 minutes to take an order for a large pizza prepare and cook it properly and have it out for delivery you’re doing something wrong) all in all I will never be going back to this place again I would never recommend.

We ordered take out from here but I wasn’t impressed. We got a half mushroom pizza and some garlic knots. The garlic knots were over done and a bit bland. The pizza was okay, but nothing special and there are definitely better places in the area. Not a terrible choice but not my go-to for the future.

I don’t usually give bad reviews. But when i ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, the chicken felt and tasted like it was frozen and heated up in a microwave. The bacon as well. Had to throw out the whole sub smh. On top of that the fries were over cooked, were oily and hard hard. Not just hard. HARD HARD. i would’ve called to get my money back but i was busy at work. Just know i won’t be ordering from here again.

Recently ordered a Chicken Parm sandwich from JJ’s for lunch and I really enjoyed it. It was fresh, very tasty, and was a good size! It wasn’t very expensive either and most of the prices on the menu are competitive for the area. Even though I haven’t tried any else on the menu, yet, it seems like they have a large menu with many Italian classics in addition to a wide range of specialty pizzas. The only downside to the place is the interior of the shop is kind of dingy and doesn’t feel very clean or modern. It could definitely use a facelift and some TLC. But besides that, I definitely recommend JJ’s and look forward to trying more of their menu.

Ordered delivery, got here almost an hour after the promised time. Pizza was terrible and cold. We also ordered cheese stuffed bread got pepperoni stuffed bread instead. Not only was it not correct but it was burnt beyond eating. Terrible experience all around, no redeeming qualities.
