I ordered a 15 piece with fries and a soda. And why was all the thighs cut in half some looked liked they might have been cut in 3 pieces. If I order chicken I want whole chicken not my chicken cut up into pieces.

The food took a little while to be ready, but I didn’t mind because it was fresh. The cashier was very nonchalant and didn’t ask me any questions, so I had to ensure that I provided all the details about my order. I got four jumbo shrimp, three whole wings, fries, and bread for $15. It was really good, and I liked it.

A great find in an unassuming building. Everything was fried well & cooked to order. The interior leaves a lot to be desired, and staff seem a bit standoffish. So I’d recommend calling ahead.

Customer Service is Trash! No greeting when we walked in, not even a Hello! He almost looked irritated that he had to serve us / take our order.
I ordered a combo, and asked for a Gatorade,the extra rude man behind the bar told me they are out of Gatorade on the machine,I asked for a Gatorade out of the cooler since he could not accommodate the request that I paid for. He told me,”I have to pay $1.99, for a Gatorade out of the cooler or pick a fountain drink”. I guess $2 would have put them out of business,food was old and cold. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money here again! As a Restaurant Manager myself,this was one of the WORST experiences I have ever encountered! People who know nothing about customer service should stop opening restaurants! It’s not just about making money, it’s about providing an experience as well, which these people do not!

The food was absolutely wonderful! The breading on the fish had SUCH a good flavor, and the shrimp was incredible! The meal came with so much food and for a very good price! I was just traveling through but if I ever find myself in Memphis again I would absolutely return there!

1st of all the customer service is pleasant friendly and very welcoming. I am a huge fan of their party wings and the fried butterfly shrimp and for the price you get your money’s worth guaranteed! This place should be all over this city with restaurants the food is hot serve to you quickly no long wait and definitely worth spreading the news about! Check your receipts when ordering from this location. They will over charge you if your not careful. I ordered a 10 pc with fries. And was charged for a 15 pcs and a Strawberry cheesecake. My total was 21.93. I received a text from my provider stating my card was charged 26.32. I asked for a refund and only received 21.93 of my funds. Waiting on the police now about my money…..
