Stopped here on a whim and very happy we did! The owner stopped and talked to us and he was very kind and accommodating. He had alot of soups on the menu and options to take home quarts of various flavors. The creamy chicken and dumpling, beer cheese broccoli, and lasagna soups were all delicious! Great choices at the salad bar with lots of options which was included with my meal. Fish fry was good and server was attentive. The special was a ribeye sandwich with fries which was also very good.

Nice server and owner. They were very friendly. They have a pretty cool atmosphere as well. Wife got the Cuban sandwich as said it was good. I got the bacon burger and it was ok. I like my burger seasoned and with the amount of bacon they claimed I expected strips of bacon not a pile of thick bacon like bits. The tater tots and fries also had no seasoning. I like to see very clean bathrooms and its also like a snap shot behind the scenes of parts of the restaurant you can’t see. The bathroom is dated, had no toilet paper, and was 10 deg colder than the restaurant. Wife said there was no soap in the women’s bathroom. Nice people but probably won’t return.

Had dinner here recently and wanted to shout out our server, Devin. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive without hovering and kept everything running smoothly throughout the meal. Something I appreciate previously serving at a Michelin star restaurant in SF. She had a great attitude, checked in at the right times, and made sure drinks were refilled and food came out correctly.
Even though it was a pretty standard dinner service, she elevated the experience with her professionalism and easygoing vibe. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

Amazing place! We say outside because the evening was perfect, but the inside is beautiful! I had the baked fish and it was percentage t!! The wife had a salad and the kids had burgers and they all really enjoyed them! I highly recommend this restaurant!! Waitress was super friendly too!!

My family/friends and I have visited this establishment numerous times. The service and food has always been fabulous. J and his team sail a smooth ship. The salad bar is fab, and the food is always on point. Definitely stop here for a great meal and service.
