The food is good but idk what they doing to these female cashiers but they always have a nasty attitude no matter the time and day. I called in an order for 6wings at 10pm for lunch at work, came in 15 minutes later and they didn’t even drop the food. Not even near ready she couldn’t even find my ticket number 53. They just need better customer service with the cashiers. UPDATE the cooks have attitudes too when asking how long the order will be when it’s been called in.

I ordered 50 honey bbq party wings and a small pan of fries. I was given 50 pre breaded wings smothered in Sweet Baby Ray’s Bbq sauce. The quality of the food was far below my expectations- it was poorly prepared and did not taste fresh. On top of that, the presentation was unappetizing which made the experience even worse. For the amount good money I spent ($51), I expected much better. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

FIRST & LAST TIME COMING HERE! WAS SKEPTICAL BEFORE ENTERING BUT WENT AHEAD ANYWAY SMH…. IT WAS THE ATTITUDE FROM THE CASHIER, THEN THE ASSUMING HEAD COOK TO FOLLOW TURNED ME OFF. I ordered a perch and chicken combo. It cost entirely too much for 2 small pieces of over cooked gummy fish and 3 small chicken wings that didn’t seem fresh. I actually threw up after eating half of this nasty food. I won’t ever eat from here again. So disappointed in this J&J Fish location.

Just order 10wings and this is what I received, I have never seen wings so small in my life, ♀️ I asked for mild sauce, and I received one mild/hot sauce half full, not sure if it’s a shortage on sauce or what. ♀️ I will not return, will try Harold’s not time I’m craving wings and mild sauce.

The chicken was I didn’t like the mild sauce so I poured some bbq sauce on from home but I was pleasantly surprised. They didn’t have a 5 pc it went from 4 to 6 which was weird but I tore them wings up

I don’t know what happened here,the food here at one time was delicious. The cooks now use extremely too much salt !!! Then they have enough nerve to offer lemon pepper seasoning/ optional….( there’s nothing lemon about that seasoning) just more salt!!!!!!! I definitely will not be eating here again .. And this restaurant can’t never seem to hire a cashier with at least a pinch of customer service skills/ they’re always angry/with attitudes

Clean, fast, and friendly they do get busy with a lot of regular orders and doordash orders but they take care of everything effectively which is why I really love this JJ fish locatio.
