1st of all the lady who answered the phone, no customer service. It’s like she didn’t wanna tell me the specials or prices, huffing & puffing like I’m bothering HER. I didn’t trip & I was still polite to her because I worked fast food before, I understand. I ended up ordering the 8pc leg & thigh FRIED HARD, THATS IT. I get home with my food and this is what I see… Look at these fries, LOOK AT THIS CHICKEN. NOT FRIED HARD AND ALL THIS LEMON PEPPER ON HERE IS RIDICULOUS!! CHICKEN SALTY AS EVER! I called up there and the ONLY thing she could tell me is to bring it back. She cutting me off, talking over me and just flat out rude like I didn’t just waste my money on food they messed up!! I don’t have a car I was in an Uber!! I shouldn’t have to come back when yaw messed up MY FOOD AND MY TIME WITH THIS MESS!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Yaw need another cashier AND cook them 2 are terrible, especially TOGETHER!!

Just brought back the swai!!! called yesterday asked.. do yall sell swai or catfish cashier .. my box says catfish … get it home it’s swai too tired to come back out and family ate some …returned what was left the next day called ahead of time to inform cashier of the situation and informed her I’ll be there… return to store cashier says I’ll get the manager(cook)… long store short cashier called owner he said we don’t have catfish give her her money back but cashier says you’re the only one to bring it back saying it tastes let swai etc…. Thank you to the owner but customer service needs to be better.. cashier was very rude….I was recommended but would not recommend do to poor customer service and false advertisement!!

The fish was hot however it was not fresh, as soon as I picked it up to eat it the breading just fell apart. So basically I was eating bland fish with no seasoning, there was only one piece that was ok. This the second time, I ordered from here and it was same way. $20 I want fish I can eat without crumbling like this..very disappointed.

All I got to say is that their chicken wings with Lemon pepper and their Fried okra is the best. Their fries were fried too hard, but still crunchy.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude. I was next in line when I got to counter she walked away and didn’t comeback had to get another employee to get order. When my food was done it was sat on counter but I was never called to get it I was sitting in a seat closet to the register they saw me sit down and kept looking at me while I was seated but never said a word.

They are scamming people on Uber eats and they are fully aware of it! They have a Buy one get one free and customers are only receiving one meal even though it should be two! I called and he was RUDE saying if you want two you need to order TWO of those! Do not support them! They are false advertising on uber eats and then arguing with customers

Great! My husband ate fish sandwich there. I’ took a’ bite and was totally disappointed.at myself that I’ didn’t get me one as’ well. But. I’ tell ya’ I’ seriously enjoyed the Italian beef. It was so delicious I’ will visit again when in Chicago on a’ better occasion thanks jjj fish& chicken.keep up the good wrk. & ppl’s…. Attention was absolutely amazing!!
