Buffalo chicken tasted gross, had a metal/old taste.
Pretty sure I have food poisoning after visiting 12/26/2025. Been up all night throwing up and stomach issues.
Bathroom is actually gross and when brought to their attention they fought over who was gonna clean it, then locked the bathroom-without cleaning it.

De bomb- every time! Love love love their fish nuggets and fries! It is hilarious that they say there is a side of Cole slow though- it might be one tablespoon!! lol! But I certainly don’t go here for the Cole slaw!

U can forgot about ordering by phone! Lol.. I was on hold while driving there. Got there in 8 mins and still was on hold. The staff did explain he was busy and had a new employee to train. I was understanding and I placed my order. It took about 12 mins to get my fried 4 pc Catfish dinner (9/5/17 – 10:19pm). While paying for my order, the new employee made a mistake and gave someone else’s order to another person who left immediately. U can sense the frustration from the staff and the customers. The customer was very upset and I tried to defuse the situation by keeping a smile on my face. I tried talking to the customer and the staff and make light of the situation. Inside I was like wowwwww!
Be mindful *u hv to grab ur own napkins and plasticware. I was unaware of that. Lol, no one told me either but it’s ok.. Lol. I totally forgot to ask cause I was so paranoid inside the location. I just wanted to get my food and go as fast as I could blink before somethg else jumped off.
The customer service here do suck and the staff actually said it and they said, if u dont want to eat there dont. They feel offended when customers degrade their service and say mean things to them. I know it ruff to hv a fast food place and angry customers all the time. Buttttttt the food is good!!
**To be on the safe side I would come during the day hours for all u safe cautious people. The parking lot is not lit well and the area is not the safest.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would!!! Please, what ever you do… DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! I recently bought a 20 piece combo literally 2 days ago. I don’t know what the hell is going on with their food. But I never had this happened ever!! I only went to this one because it’s convenient in my neighborhood. First and foremost, I feel like I have food poisoning. I’m very nauseous my head it killing me, everything it feels like when you have food poisoning those are the symptoms I’m having. & y’all know it’s more symptoms I just don’t want to say in this comment but y’all may understand the rest. Pleaseee be careful at these spots because they don’t be sanitary, may be cooking their food in old grease or who knows what nasty stuff they’re doing. But I know I feel sick as hell from this food & I’ve been eating off of it for 2 days. This place gave me food poisoning!!

Ordered the buffalo and tilapia dinners. It came with fries and a side of coleslaw. Okay amount of fish for the price, tasty French fries (lightly coated with flour?) but the coleslaw was so small you could fit it on a table spoon and eat it in one serving. The fires gave the illusion that we were receiving an abundance of food.

This is my go to JJs but after today I might be going to another one. I understand there is a chicken shortage but they really was skimpy with the chicken. I have never in JJs Fish and Chicken history, seen chicken so small. I ordered a four piece wing dinner. When I got home and opened my container, I almost wanted to laugh at how small the chicken was. Then the fries. They usually give you more than enough fries. Enough to where I have a lot left over. But this time, nope. I don’t know what’s going on. The prices went up and the amount of food they give you went down.

I had to wait more than the 25 minutes to get the food. The shrimp was cooked so hard it turned into shrimp jerky. The catfish was also over cooked. I orderd 6 pieces of chicken thighs and legs, shrimp 20 piece and 12 piece catfish. Paid 65 bucks tax included for garbage. Never again.
