My wife ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings, and to make it worst she wanted them to substitute the French fries for the onion rings and they told her it couldn’t be done so she had to pay almost $7 for a side of onion rings. I’m the end she didn’t finish her food because she started feeling sick and now has been up so evening and morning not feeling good throwing up we will never eat here again

The food was amazing as always. They took the JJ Fish & Chicken out in Madison. We came to Discovery World and wanted to get the family some food, which was reasonable timing and pricing.
While sitting there, it was a little discouraging- there were a few people who must have NOT seen the big sign on the door that says “ please wear a mask.” I understand though.. another small detail is that I ordered a 50 piece; and oh my gosh. The wings were literally PARTY WINGS. They were not the normal size of wings, when we have ordered from JJ’s in the past they were a pretty nice size. My babies are probably 6 of these small wings— and they are 3. That tells you how small they were.
Other than that- facility was clean. Staff was nice.

HORRIBLE customer service, ordered on doordash & they allowed someone to take my order with out confirmation & i wouldn’t have know if my new dasher didn’t call me telling me someone picked it up ?? like huh & when i called to ask & let them know someone stole me order he stated “ it wasn’t his problem “ & hung up in my face!!!

I stopped here after visiting the zoo on the way home. I ordered the 20 pc. meal with fries. I got 10 buffalo and 10 honey bbq. The fries weren’t crispy but they were decent, the breading on both wings were soggy. The flavor of the buffalo wings were pretty good, the honey bbq sauce on the wings were below average. Food is very average
